14/08/2025: I'm not an expert on Asian cuisine, because our order was based on that. But I can say with absolute certainty that all the dishes were excellent. Service was seamless, and the dishes were served promptly. Perhaps we waited a little longer than expected at first, but then everything went smoothly. Prices are absolutely normal for a similar establishment, which, considering the quality, are to be respected. One caveat: we dined outside, and unfortunately, there were cigarette papers and cigarette butts left on the ground by people in the square. Reservations are recommended.

03/08/2025: We visited this place last week and were pleasantly surprised. We had crispy rice, gyoza, various types of pad Thai, and I personally had pad naam. Every dish was truly delicious and rich in flavor. Even the pad Thai, though very different from the original, was truly excellent in its blend of flavors. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the place very welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

07/07/2025: Excellent dinner, fresh and quality fish combined in different dishes in a delicious way. Not a noisy place, staff always available and kind. The only flaw is the parking, difficult to find if you come by car

15/06/2025: Japanese restaurant run by apparently Chinese nationals. Acceptable quality. An "All you can eat" menu is available, but more expensive in the evening than at lunch. Small sushi without overdoing the rice. Order on a tablet.

04/08/2025: A very charming and charming place, with soft lighting and modern furnishings. It has a small air-conditioned dining room, an area under a pergola, and another in the garden. The food is good, and the staff is very friendly.

16/07/2025: We returned to the region with family, and a stop at Deba Soul and Sushi was essential. The sushi is inventive and the quality is top-notch! Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.

21/06/2025: Highly recommended! Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed. Young staff, very kind and helpful. Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant. Free parking nearby. In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.

18/06/2025: Great sushi and the other dishes were also tasty. The portions were very large and for 25 euros you get a whole sushi menu with miso soup, salad and rice. So definitely good price!

I'm not at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so I'd like some advice, a recommendation, a suggestion (there are also two tasting menus...). The service is slow, alas...!!! The product quality and presentation are truly excellent. Excellent wine list. Good value for money. Still, it's worth a try.
