A big plus is the service: the staff is very kind and attentive, helping to make the experience more pleasant. However, the main problem encountered is the menu. Not only is the offer limited, but there are numerous restrictions that make the choice rather frustrating. In particular, the possibility of ordering only one plate of sashimi significantly reduces the experience for those who want to taste more raw courses. As for the quality of the fish, it is average, but the judgment is influenced by the limitations imposed by the menu, which do not allow one to fully appreciate the different proposals of the restaurant. In conclusion, a restaurant with good service and a pleasant environment, but which could improve a lot by expanding and making its offer more flexible.

24/02/2025: My partner and I love oriental cuisine and, in particular, sushi. For this reason, at least once a week we go to our local restaurant or order takeaway. However, when, in addition to quality sushi, we want to treat ourselves to a special experience, we know perfectly well that there is no better place than Gold of Baessato: by far the best sushi and Japanese cuisine restaurant in Padua (I would even venture in Veneto). The products are of the highest quality, the environment is refined and elegant with attention to service and customer care. Congratulations in particular to Edoardo and all the staff, you are exceptional! See you soon.

Still little known, but I think it will soon be on everyone's lips, there are nothing wrong with it; Impeccable service, Edoardo is an exceptional person, super prepared, nice, friendly and knows how to give the best advice. 30/03/2025: truly exceptional sushi, good food, perfect uramaki, welcoming and clean environment and kind staff, but there is only one flaw that makes my experience sad every single time I go there: they have very fresh sashimi, but if you order more than one portion they bring you old and tasteless, probably to consume it. (it happens every time, I have been going to this sushi for a year now and I go there more than once a week). I would also suggest eliminating the limitations, being an all you can eat formula. For the rest I think it is the best sushi in Padua, I leave only three stars for the salmon sashimi issue.
