I went there ten years ago, when Tenji was just a roller shutter, and I remember that feeling of discovery perfectly: sushi paraded before my eyes, made with care and true passion. Today I return and find a place ten times larger, but with the exact same philosophy as then: do it well, stay true to quality, and never lose sight of its roots despite growth. Tenji Parma is living proof that consistency pays off over time. From its minimalist origins to today's restaurant, the leap is enormous, but the spirit is the same: ultra-fresh fish, meticulously prepared dishes, a balance between Japanese tradition and modern creativity. Every detail—from the presentation to the temperature of the rice—is thoughtfully thought out, and you can tell there's a team behind it who knows what they're doing. The interiors are elegant, the service quick and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat restaurant that never loses quality even when it's full, and here they manage it effortlessly. In a world where so many clubs are improvised, Tenji remains a sure thing. From a room with a roller to a true reference point for Parma. And honestly, I'm happy to say: I was already going there back then. 👏🍣

19/10/2025: A go-to sushi restaurant, I've been going there for over ten years, and it has always maintained a high standard—in fact, I'd say it sets the bar: very high indeed. The quality of the food and the friendly service are impeccable, with absolutely fair prices for the quality offered. The only "problem" is that, after trying it, it becomes difficult to appreciate other restaurants without inevitably making comparisons.

05/09/2025: We had all-you-can-eat sushi two nights in a row with our family of five. The food was truly amazingly delicious. Nothing to complain about! However, the first night our food arrived very quickly, and the second night it took too long for us. That was a bit of a shame. Overall, everyone was very friendly, but I think it was due to the crowds. Reservations are recommended!

04/09/2025: All-you-can-eat sushi in the evenings and on weekends for around €30 per person, for people over 130cm tall, excluding drinks. Absolutely delicious. We went here two nights in a row. Great service. The second night had a longer wait for our food than the first. Perhaps the second night was even busier, although both nights seemed full, which is a good sign when everyone comes here. A huge selection of food, including mussels and various meat dishes in addition to the sushi. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: The food is good and the service is fast! A heartfelt thank you to the staff: I forgot my bag and they handed it over to the Carabinieri with great honesty. Kudos to them for their honesty and professionalism!

21/11/2025: Today, I had lunch with the business lunch menu. A wonderful discovery that will definitely make me return again. A well-kept place, kind and attentive waiters, and superb food. Their menu gave me the opportunity to deviate from what I would normally order, trying the safe option of the scallops, which I usually never order. And, as for a slightly more "certain" dish, the fried rice with shrimp, I learned the difference of cooking something simple with unsurpassed mastery. See you next time.

20/11/2025: The occasion for dining at MU Fish was our daughter's birthday. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully appointed, with lighting that illuminates the tables, which are well-spaced, making it a pleasant place to converse. We opted for the tasting menu, which changes monthly and allows you to sample different dishes. I must say it was a succession of flavors and colors, never boring and always delicious. The dessert selection and the wine and sake list were also very interesting. The service was very professional in describing the dishes and always attentive and friendly. It was a pleasant evening that we will definitely repeat.

26/09/2025: We had a very pleasant experience, with more elaborate dishes in many cases and unusual combinations. The food was good, and unlike other similar establishments, for most of the evening there was very little background noise, allowing for peaceful conversation.

19/11/2025: 11/2025 I tried again for lunch, mindful of the excellent experience in the past, and... what a disappointment! The sushi was neither good nor bad, but the price was much higher than average (€28). I don't know if something has changed in the meantime, or perhaps the lunch "cook" isn't the same as the evening chef, but I certainly wasn't satisfied. 5/2025 The all-you-can-eat sushi was really good, and the food was excellent overall, probably among the best in the area. The salmon was farmed, but not very fatty. I have some reservations about the service; they should be more flexible when it's less crowded, for example, assigning a larger table even if there are two of us. Initially, the waiter filled every corner of the table, even though I specifically asked to wait until we'd finished our meals. He also wasn't particularly attentive, as he repeatedly passed over my plate. Still, it's worth it if you want to eat well.

10/09/2025: One of my favorite sushi restaurants in all of Italy. The location is meticulously maintained: the rooms are always clean and tidy. It's located in a historic building in Fabriano, a beautifully renovated former tannery that combines modern elements with original details like exposed wooden beams and stone walls, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The staff is always extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive to their guests' needs. And the food? Delicious. The pasta dishes are excellent, but the sushi is spectacular: incredibly fresh fish, impeccable cuts, and unique combinations, including local ingredients like "paccasassi," an aromatic plant typical of the Marche region with a slightly salty flavor that pairs beautifully with raw fish. The prices are a little above average, but absolutely justified by the quality. Highly recommended. 👍 I can't wait to go back.

07/09/2025: The reviews seem overhyped to me. The food was decent but the menu was very misleading. The food we got looked nothing like the pictures and I'd go so far as to say the names are inaccurate. We ordered "spicy chicken" but got sweet and sour chicken. We also ordered "boiled spicy fish" but got fish in a mushroom broth. Not to mention there was very little actual fish in the dish. If you're travelling and need a quick hit of rice or Chinese food, this place will definitely do the trick. However, keep your expectations tempered.
