Excellent Japanese à la carte restaurant just outside Milan. The service and quality are truly excellent. The wine list is phenomenal, and the customer service is top-notch. A bit pricey, but the experience makes the price easily a secondary consideration.

Compared to a year ago, prices have increased by at least 20 percent. Unreasonable. Extremely expensive. Rolls are cheaper. A glass of wine is 13 euros. A 75cc water is 4 euros. The welcome entree has been eliminated. A king crab roll with less than 10 grams of crab costs 45 euros. The owner's nephew or son doesn't accept criticism. The place is full, however, so people are happy with these prices. Who knows?

A sublime experience and excellent quality food. Refined surroundings, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent attention when I mentioned I was celiac. They accommodated my requests and were open to any changes. Great find!

Nishiki is one of those restaurants you return to.
Not to discover something new, but to rediscover a level of excellence that has proven consistent over time.
The quality of the ingredients is very high, with a wide selection that manages to combine classic, fusion, and modern without losing coherence. Fish is always the star, crafted with care and consistency.
The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, with soft lighting and the option of reserving more private spaces that make for a more intimate experience.
The service is generally attentive and structured, although not always perfectly aligned: sometimes overly present, other times with small inaccuracies that are especially noticeable in a setting of this caliber.
The price is high, but consistent with the overall experience.
It's a place that has maintained its identity over the years.
And that's why we return.

An excellent lunch, attentive and professional service. Attentive, from the service to the culinary explanation of the food.
The four of us had a private room to sit on the very comfortable tatami mats. I highly recommend it.
The quality of the ingredients and their use are worth it, and the prices are more than fair.

I immediately felt at home at Nishiki. The service was impeccable, from the welcome to taking my order and even during dinner. You're treated to a truly pampered experience here. The waiter provided detailed explanations of the dishes and immediately inquired about allergies and intolerances. I'm allergic to shellfish and mollusks, and he was able to direct me to the right dishes to enjoy dinner safely. The quality of the food is excellent. It was my first time trying wagyu beef and otoro... what can I say? INSPIRING. The atmosphere is refined, and there's the option of dining in a sort of "private" setting, but overall, the place is truly worth it. I hope to return!
