01/06/2026: We've been customers of this restaurant since it opened... Last night we returned after a long absence, and after a while we can only confirm everything we've always thought!!! Pure in name and in fact!!!! The highest quality, excellent raw materials, impeccable service!!! Kudos to the scallop and foie gras nigiri, the unagi, and the tuna belly nigiri!!!! 02/02/2026: Attracted by the reviews we'd read online, we went to this restaurant on Sunday evening. Nothing to complain about the plating, as it was truly meticulously prepared, certainly among the most beautiful we've seen so far in Bologna. BUT (there's a big but), we saw a huge cockroach crawling along the wall next to a table and approaching the clean plates. The waiter, noticing its unwelcome presence, quietly reached over with a handkerchief and removed the creature, without replacing the plates underneath or even disinfecting the area in question. We reported the incident at the cashier, but the waiter made it clear he didn't understand what we were saying and didn't know what a cockroach was. So, while I compliment the chef, I won't be returning to this restaurant again. I'm sorry I can't attach the video of what we saw.

22/12/2025: The place is truly unique, but I have to admit that the occasional hope of seeing an ant crawling on my chair doesn't make me jump for joy. The food is good, although the ghioza were not very flavorful and the ramen was a bit too sweet. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the very helpful staff.

22/12/2025: The food was very good and the service impeccable. I found the atmosphere calm and welcoming. I would gladly return, but I have two small things to say: 1. I sat near the rock wall, and there were ants. 2. I ordered the ramen, and it was a little sweet.

28/05/2026: The gyoza were mediocre and likely came from a bag. My still water is wasn’t sealed so I assume they just fill it from a tap and charge as if it’s bottled. They were out of the good tuna in a full order but offered me 2 pieces at the premium price. The miso ramen was decent though the ground chicken wasn’t very good. Meh.

24/05/2026: We have been going to Amy Sushi regularly several times a month for almost 5 years and they have never disappointed us. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, the staff is fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. You can really see that they maintain their quality over the long term, which is not something common nowadays. For us, it is one of the best sushi places in the area. 🍣

17/02/2026: I returned after a year for Valentine's Day, obviously booking well in advance. The venue is top-notch, both from the elegant lighting and the impeccable service. A perfect combination for a dinner with quality products and a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. Having been there in the past, I know they have excellent menu choices with many refined products to create explosions of flavor in your mouth. I must admit, however, that they were a little slow, but nothing too serious. Perhaps it's because the menu was only for Valentine's Day, and managing a new menu in just one day isn't easy, but it doesn't matter. The dishes are all very well-balanced, ensuring you'll be satisfied by the end of the evening (the desserts were so good I couldn't photograph them). From the welcome to the dessert, it's an exceptional and very special journey. The products are truly top-quality, and you'll understand it from the first taste. I see so much potential in them and hope they can realize this and perhaps open a larger, yet still very intimate, venue later on.

Both in the sashimi and the carpaccio, you can clearly taste the freshness of the fish and the dedication the staff puts into each dish: authentic flavors, carefully prepared ingredients, and great attention to detail. The place is very beautiful, with a distinctive style that makes it unique and enjoyable, even for a special dinner. The service is always friendly and professional, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. On some evenings, you may also find musical entertainment or dancing, which adds an extra touch to the experience. I always enjoy returning when I'm in the area. The prices are in line with the quality of the product, absolutely justified.
