Itoya has now become our go-to for excellent sushi 🍣 The menu is truly rich and varied: from classic uramaki and sashimi to hot dishes like ramen, rice, and many other delicious options, perfect for a quick lunch (the lunch menu is extremely interesting, complete, and very reasonably priced). There's a wide selection, making it ideal for both those who prefer traditional fare and those who want to try something different. One thing that really makes the difference is the attention to detail and the presentation of the dishes, always inviting and well-crafted. The sushi is fresh and well-balanced in flavor, with successful pairings and satisfying portions. But the real love story? Their handmade mochi 😍 They come in several flavors, but the Oreo one... for me, it's become an addiction. Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it's the perfect after-dinner treat. Plus, they also offer interesting options like a sushi aperitif, perfect for a light evening with friends. If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend it: a place that manages to combine variety, quality, and some truly special treats ✨

Excellent Asian restaurant with a slightly less Chinese-inspired decor and ambiance than usual, decidedly more modern, which I appreciated. Fast service, very friendly staff, and tasty food. The restaurant's signature dish is the sweet mochi. I highly recommend it, definitely worth a try.

I used to go to the old restaurant often. I have to say, not knowing what to expect, we ate really well. The portions were generous, the fresh mochi were excellent, and the value was excellent. I definitely recommend it, and we'll be back.

The food was excellent; I really appreciated the option to choose 3 dishes, a drink, and a cover charge. This way, I could enjoy the dishes I ordered without overindulging. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The mochi are super good, fresh, and homemade. I'll be back ✨

Fantastic dinner! We were greeted warmly by the staff as soon as we entered. The food was very high quality, everything delicious, the salmon in particular was delicious; I recommend the tartare. As for the fresh mochi, I'd say they're spectacular, with a recipe they've revisited that really brings out the flavor. The only place I've found Nutella mochi.

It's confirmed to be the best. The location is new, but the courtesy, friendliness, and kindness remain the same. The salmon melts in your mouth, and their bao are AMAZING. The best, hands down!
