15/10/2025: Really lovely place with a good vibe and nice music. The service was relaxed and personal - extra plus to Alessandro who took care of us in the best way. You get small snacks with your drink, which is a nice touch. The hot sandwiches are really recommended!
Minus for the toilet which could have been fresher but otherwise a place you would happily come back to.

02/03/2026: I'm giving it one star only because zero isn't an option. A thorough hygiene check is in order, as well as an assessment of whether the restaurant meets HACCP standards, because the restaurant is filthy to say the least. We found hair on our plates, dirty glasses and pitchers, not to mention the state of the bathroom. I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant with worse hygiene standards.
27/02/2026: The place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and dark.
The glasses were very dirty.
I had pasta with meat sauce, which was very tasteless and cold.
I paid a lot.
I don't recommend eating here.
I'm sorry, but I will NEVER go back.

The mixed antipasto was superb, not to mention the seafood.
Fresh fish, beautifully cooked.

10/10/2025: It's a simple, clean, and tidy trattoria. The staff is friendly and attentive. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was superb; the fish was fresh and you could taste it. The house wine was good.
For what we ate, we got what we deserved. If it had 6 stars, I would have given it 6. I'll gladly return.

11/10/2025: Centrally located in the square. A quiet, elegant setting. The menu offers a full range of options. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very upbeat.

26/01/2026: This is our third time at this restaurant, and it has undoubtedly become our favorite in Trieste.
Excellent quality products, cooked with great flavor and respect for the ingredients.
A variety of dishes, each one better than the last.
Excellent atmosphere and service: we always love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. Although some soft music or jazz would be even better, as it's often too quiet.
Excellent value for money!
18/10/2025: We did not have a good experience dining here (although we love the hotel!) . The restaurant was a big disappointment and we felt like we wasted a precious vacation dinner! The food was okay (but nothing special - no “wow” factor ). The service was unfriendly and inattentive. The ambience was a bit dry and stuffy. With so many amazing restaurants in the area I can’t imagine anyone dining here unless they were like us and did not know better!

05/04/2026: We got the printed menus ten minutes after being seated. After another 30 minutes (40 minutes in total) we still didnt have our orders taken, or any waiters coming to our tables to be able to ask for drinks. The waiters seemed to be overwhelmed, but I think that the restaurant shouldn't seat people can't handle properly. Also, the toilet was not clean.
05/04/2026: We waited 40 minutes before we arrived, we couldn't order because not a single waiter came to us.

07/12/2025: The perfect place for an aperitivo: a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a fine glass of wine. The wine selection is truly curated and offers interesting options for all tastes. The food is also noteworthy: a few dishes, but all perfectly executed and delicious, and the attention to quality is evident. Service is fast, professional, and always courteous. A place we'll gladly return to.
