26/01/2026: This is our third time at this restaurant, and it has undoubtedly become our favorite in Trieste. Excellent quality products, cooked with great flavor and respect for the ingredients. A variety of dishes, each one better than the last. Excellent atmosphere and service: we always love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. Although some soft music or jazz would be even better, as it's often too quiet. Excellent value for money!

11/04/2026: Beautiful apartment and would be a nice location if not for a nightclub right across the street. It's IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP on a Saturday. They are blasting music so loud you feel like you're in the middle of the club. Definitely would not recommend to someone who actually wants a peaceful weekend

18/03/2026: I'm grateful for the owner's kindness and helpfulness. He spontaneously resolved a mixup with Booking.com. Since he couldn't confirm my reservation, he found me an alternative with the same price and conditions and went out of his way to facilitate my transition.

04/08/2026: I've been ordering pizza here for about ten years, and it's never been anything less than delicious—sometimes excellent, sometimes excellent. The service is usually fast, and the delivery guys are friendly. When I've stopped by for a quick bite, especially in the summer, it's scorching hot inside and the space is limited. It's not a pizzeria with table service, so we adapt. They could make it a little more welcoming, though, but that's just a small detail.

21/07/2026: I called for a pizza and it arrived completely burnt. I called again tonight and the lady on the phone was very rude and impolite. If she's not happy with that, I don't know what to do about it, she answered me. Being an employee, since the pizzeria doesn't belong to her, she should be more courteous towards those who order a pizza, since I spent €13 and my pizza arrived burnt. I couldn't even eat it. They didn't exchange it for me, I didn't get a single discount. I have to be treated so badly by a lady who's having a bad day. It's clear you don't need customers if you answer people like that. Truly shameful behavior. I've always ordered the same pizza for a very long time. It's not normal for a young girl to answer the phone like that. She obviously doesn't give a damn about customers. 20/08/2026: Attracted by the positive reviews, four of us went for dinner. I don't know if we just had the wrong night, but we ate really badly and paid a lot. The menu was explained to us verbally, so without prices, and the manager recommended (almost costly) what to eat. Two raw fish platters for four to share, with a small tuna tartare (which we left because it didn't look good...), two cuttlefish, and two scampi (just enough), so small portions. Then a pasta dish with scampi alla busara for all four, so full of butter and overcooked that most of it remained in the pan. To drink, half a glass of the house white wine. No coffee, no liqueurs. Just two bottles of water. Bill: over €60 per person. The service is unusual, you may or may not like it; I'm not arguing with that. But paying so much and eating so badly—no, that's not debatable. Moral of the story: NEVER AGAIN.

20/08/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for almost 30 years. Everything is delicious and the waiters are friendly: it's a very pleasant experience. I can't understand which restaurant people go to only to say that the food is bad, so who knows why the place is always full, must there be a reason?

15/08/2026: A great spot with fair prices and a wonderful central location, featuring lovely outdoor seating. I particularly loved the Asian lanterns, which create a fantastic, cozy atmosphere in the evening. The staff is also very attentive and friendly!

06/08/2026: Today I picked up a bag of Too Good to Go and was very satisfied. The lady is really kind and the food is very good. I recommend it.

05/06/2026: Very tasty delicatessen, breaded squid €32/kg, shrimp €40/kg, fried fish €20/kg - June 2026. Friendly service. We recommend it.

01/05/2026: I stopped by after work to get two pizzas and a kebab. The pizza dough is good. The kebab isn't pork, but chicken or turkey. They have beers. The owner is very friendly. The pizza packaging holds the pizza in the photo. After climbing six flights of stairs, it was just perfect.

If you're looking for authenticity, traditional food made with love then you're at the right place. The portions are HUGE and the prices are okay. I loved every second at this place. Truly a hidden gem🥰

18/04/2026: SHAME ON YOU! In the mixed nigiri, you listed tuna but didn't include it. In the rainbow urumaki, you used the outer avocado on 3 of the 6 pieces! All the fish has this salty, preservative-based taste. It was a terrible dinner. The request for extra rice in the nigiri was fulfilled.
