24/08/2025: We went to the Vimun SPA for a relaxing afternoon. The location and atmosphere are fantastic, but what really sets us apart is Anna and AnnaPaola's professionalism. They were brilliant! We chose the GOLD Vinotherapy treatment, which we highly recommend. Even though there were three of us, they managed to fit everything in and give us an unforgettable day.

01/03/2026: I've been going there for over 20 years for sandwiches, and it's fantastic! I've always had a great experience. Friendly staff and fast service. Excellent value.

13/02/2026: Returned after more than 30, sandwich still top notch even if the spicy one is not as spicy as it used to be... but that's fine.

11/01/2026: I walked in around 9:15 PM, specifying that I hadn't booked, saying hello and politely asking if we could still eat something. The lady (who was cleaning glasses at the register) replied curtly, in a disgusted and rude tone: "NO! THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!" I thanked her anyway and said goodbye on my way out, not even a hello. The young waitress who was about to serve me, however, seemed very kind.

11/01/2026: For the first time, no one had any complaints! The place is small but very welcoming. They cleverly didn't crowd it with tables like a turkey, so it's comfortable. One room even has a nice stove that provides a pleasant warmth. The staff is welcoming, attentive, but not intrusive. The food was very good. We had the spaghetti with Gorizia rose and pancetta; they were excellent, with a delicate flavor. The ravioli with leek and sausage, and the pappardelle with mushrooms and guanciale, were also delicious and delicate. The potato frico spoke for itself, perfect with the tecja potatoes or the boiled spinach. We finished with the apple strudel and a yogurt cake. The portions are generous. I will definitely be back.

17/11/2025: A group of 50 people on a trip. This is our second year back, and maybe a third. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything is provided. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: A pleasant midweek lunch for two, with mixed appetizers and main courses with sides. Specializing in fish, it doesn't offer a wide variety, but that's not a bad thing. It's worth checking out on different occasions, or if you can make reservations well in advance or for groups, and the menu can be customized. Recommended by acquaintances who had been there before, the overall quality of the restaurant and the delicious food, served in appropriate portions, were confirmed. Prices obviously vary depending on the number of courses and the selection. The restaurant overlooks the lagoon.

06/01/2026: This restaurant and brewery is located in a beautiful villa with spacious outdoor areas. The place is very charming, with plenty of seating but not too noisy. Excellent value for money, with generous portions. The staff are very friendly and proactive. They also focus on local products, offering a wide selection of excellent, artisanal grappas and amaros from a local distillery.

03/01/2026: PROS: Professional, extremely kind, and friendly staff. The chef is courteous, helpful, and ready to offer advice and explanations. Excellent food, meticulously prepared dishes. Extensive wine list. CONS: The lack of a printed menu prevents customers from understanding the cost of dishes, and discovering, at checkout, that a first course might cost €40 and an appetizer €60 could be a nasty surprise. Considering that, nowadays, a PC and a printer are enough to solve the problem, I see no justification for this.

31/12/2025: The dinner was disappointing, perhaps because expectations were so high, as high as the restaurant's reputation. Many recommended it to us. The fish was indeed fresh and high-quality, but the portions weren't enough to fill us up. The raw fish appetizer was more of a taste than an appetizer, and the portion of the first course was also small. It's a shame, because the fregola was truly excellent. The timing of the service also contributed to the overall disappointing experience. The wait between each appetizer was far too long. The restaurant is nice, and its slightly retro feel has its charm. I found the final bill too expensive for the amount of food.

01/02/2026: It's an inn with no pretensions of being a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the food is truly excellent. A Friulian/Central European menu. I've never left disappointed after lunch or dinner here.

06/01/2026: We chose this restaurant after reading a well-known food forum recommending the best seafood restaurants in Rome. We were looking for a special place to celebrate Christmas Eve in an unusual way, and the combination of the price of the set menu (significantly lower than the average for restaurants of this caliber), the type of dishes, and the location drew us to this beautiful restaurant inside a centrally located hotel. The quality of the fish is excellent, the preparation is unusual yet simple; the staff is kind and welcoming, and the portions are just right, not "mini" as is often the case in places of this type. It was a real shame about the finish: a crème brûlée without the crispy crust, cold and tasteless, and a small pastry consisting of commercial panettone, pandoro, and nougat. As you can see in one of the photos uploaded, we were even served the burnt bottom of the pandoro... Let's hope they change pastry chefs! Overall, the experience was extremely positive, and I would definitely return, but I'd skip the dessert.

31/12/2025: Lovely fine-dining setting and attentive service, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. Most dishes were very plain. The carpaccios in the Mare Mare set lacked flavour, except the octopus, which tasted better mainly due to its natural saltiness rather than the chef’s seasoning. The clam pasta had little to no clam aroma or taste. We’ve tried many fine-dining restaurants, and unfortunately this isn’t one we’d return to!

29/11/2025: A delightful dinner at this historic trattoria in the center of Cormons. Traditional dishes with a touch of originality, along with expertly crafted innovative dishes. Everything is delicious on a menu where you're spoiled for choice. A good selection of wines, mostly local. The service is attentive and friendly, and the owner is truly skilled at his craft. A pleasant atmosphere. The bill is unsurprising.
