26/03/2024: I'm just walk around and drink coffee at the terrace near helicopter parking spot, but I was impressed the view and the place. Must see! Absolutely!
11/03/2024: My review concerns only the wellness area.
The location is undoubtedly wonderful with a view of the hill.
The wellness area is sufficiently spacious, but there is no second sauna with a higher temperature than the existing one (80 degrees, honestly not enough) and even the Turkish bath is not "steamy" enough.
The beverage corner, on the other hand, is very sad:
-there is only a thermos of tea, so there is no possibility of choice (I would add at least a couple of herbal or fruit herbal teas)
-only present biscuits found in village bars when they serve you cappuccino (you could add some dried fruit or artisanal biscuits)
-paper cups in a wellness area cannot be seen!!!!!
For 50 euros I think a little more accuracy is in order

17/03/2024: My wife and I had lunch here today Sunday. We took a cold cuts platter for two, wild boar gnocchi, pork fillet with baked potatoes. Compliments for the bread which is not only delicious but above all of the correct quantity to best enjoy the cold cuts. Everything good and of good quality. Generous portions and friendly, helpful staff. Very warm and welcoming place. Advised.

22/02/2024: Ristorante molto raffinato, ma allo stesso tempo accogliente e caloroso. Le diverse salette si prestano a far vivere esperienze diverse al cliente; da quella con le vetrate per passare una bellissima giornata di sole a quella con il fogolar, calorosa per una giornata uggiosa. Ottima la cucina che offre un cibo ricercato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un grazie particolare a Francesco che fa sentire tutti gli ospiti a casa!

05/02/2024: Ho cenato in questo ristorante e posso dire che è stato davvero molto deludente..il luogo è incantevole ma il servizio e il cibo lo abbiamo trovato davvero pessimo. I camerieri in un posto così raffinato dovrebbero avere almeno una camicia se non hanno una divisa invece ti servono con maglioni e si riconoscono solo per il fatto del grembiule che portano..per quanto riguarda il servizio abbiamo ordinato 3 bottiglie di acqua (al prezzo di 5,00 euro all’una) e quando terminavano non le portavano via e le lasciavano sul tavolo. Passiamo alla cucina spaghetti al polipo che era inesistente c’erano infatti solo olive..tagliolini al montasio e tartufo nero che si presentavano in un ammasso di piccola porzione di pasta che rimaneva compatta nel piatto. Mi dispiace molto scrivere questo tipo di recensione perché il luogo incantevole in cui si trova meriterebbe molta più attenzione però spero che si possano rivedere e migliorare.
27/09/2023: This place is so beautiful! The views of the golf course, the Castello di Spessa castle, and the vineyards are just breathtaking! I felt like I was a part of the movie while having dinner here. The interior is also very beautiful, open, and rustic. The food was great and everyone was very welcoming. If you are looking for a magical restaurant in this area, this one is for you!
