10/01/2026: A small trattoria in the center of Gorizia. A very refined, rustic, and homely atmosphere. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Traditional food, tasty and well-prepared with excellent ingredients. A must-see if you're in the city, but also worth a detour if you're in the surrounding area. I'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at this agriturismo on Easter Monday, and the experience was truly excellent. The service was meticulously maintained, attentive and meticulous, even for someone with a gluten intolerance. The dishes were delicious, and the location was simply enchanting.
A place that undoubtedly deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended: an experience worth trying!

A historic venue with young, friendly service. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but with a little more attention to detail (Christmas decorations during the Easter period π
), it could express its charm even more. The dishes are well-prepared, although a few small improvements wouldn't hurt. Prices are quite reasonable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A nice menu with various interesting fish and meat options. The beautiful round tables are perfect for socializing and chatting with everyone. Service is prompt and fast. The staff is kind and attentive. I really enjoyed it.

10/04/2026: We went there randomly after a sunny hike without any expectations. Possibly the best pizza we ever had. We are thinking of spending another short holiday in Trieste just to go there again (I'm not kidding).

11/04/2026: We arrived at the hotelier's recommendation. The place immediately struck us, thanks to its unique location in a private square in front of the equally unique hotel. I was particularly struck by the attention to detail in the table settings, which were uncommon but very refined. The Murano glasses were beautiful... while the owner of the establishment, a young, yet competent and empathetic ENTREPRENEUR, chatted with us, introducing us to the features of his service on a day most in the industry considered a HOLIDAY... EXCELLENT DISHES, some local and some revisited, but all, though simple, based on high-quality ingredients. The service was prompt. Perfect for an evening out. No noise, no crowds, no rush, and great attention to detail. Everything was well-organized. I'd say it was highly professional.
Highly recommended.
30/03/2026: I think I had the most delicious tiramisu of my life. My wife said so too. Solid elegance combined with delicious food.
