04/03/2025: Buon ristorante di livello medio alto, il suo prestigio è sicuramente determinato dal contesto del castello di Spessa. Servizio attento e personale molto disponibile, tuttavia la selezione di piatti vegetariani e vegani è risultata minima. Un menù più dichiaratamente attento alla produzione locale/km0 e sostenibilità sarebbe stato più apprezzabile. Prezzi alti ma coerenti per la qualità e il contesto.

17/01/2025: What a location to get married! As a wedding photographer, I was blown away by the views, the castle, the wonderful gardens and the bright, large rooms! It was a wonderful, exuberant celebration with varied cuisine! Great service on site and an incredible number of opportunities for wonderful photos!

05/03/2025: È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo ristorante inserito in un’oasi di pace. Ambiente raffinato , elegante e accogliente. La sala da pranzo è arredata con gusto e a tavola non mancano dettagli che fanno la differenza. Grande ospitalità, servizio curato , piatti gustosi e sapientemente preparati . Ottimi i vini della loro cantina. Nadia una perfetta padrona di casa.

24/12/2024: In Gorizia the ice creams are good almost everywhere but if you want to eat something refined and which is not found everywhere you are guaranteed to find it here! If you are not looking for smurfs and various toppings capable of hiding the quality of the product, here the simplicity speaks for the quality of the product. The environment is clean, the staff is trained or in training (always), kind and attentive and the prices are the same as any other ice cream shop. The only downside in my opinion is that if you get used to this type of ice cream, it will be difficult to find peace when you want to eat something of equal quality.

23/02/2025: Last minute birthday dinner, what to do and what not to do, called at 7pm and the place was immediately booked. Homemade food, excellent, exquisite and tasty. (we took two medium cooked fillets, jota and hot side dishes) soft and intimate atmosphere. Staff a little absent, but perhaps because that evening there was also a large table. The only "flaw" (i.e. not that it was that bad but it would have made the experience even more wow) was the menu printed on a sheet of paper and no wine list.
