20/10/2025: Glida in Gorizia is truly a gem — without exaggeration, my favorite ice cream in the whole of Italy. Their gelato is incredibly tasty, made from fresh fruit and crafted with a delicate, natural flavor that’s never too sweet. Each spoonful feels light and perfectly balanced, showing just how much care and attention they put into their work. What I especially love is that they don’t overwhelm you with too many choices — just a few, carefully selected flavors, all unique and surprising, proving that quality matters far more than quantity. Every visit feels like a discovery of something genuine and artisanal. It’s a pity they’re not open all year round, but perhaps that’s part of the charm — it makes you appreciate them even more. When Glida is open, make sure to go as often as you can. It’s a small paradise for anyone who truly loves real, authentic gelato. Highly recommended — five stars, and then some!

21/09/2025: The pistachio ice cream is one of the best we've ever had. It has tons of pistachio pieces in it and tastes fantastic! The 20-cent extra is worth it. The waitresses are very friendly!

12/10/2025: As a guest of friends, I tried this alternative restaurant option for the first time, a brilliant option for families with children. It was a perfect evening thanks to the excellent dishes prepared by Chef Paola, an impeccable professional!

29/08/2025: We ordered a fruit birthday cake from CookingPaola: ST RE PI TO SA!!!! Everyone said they'd never eaten a cake so delicious and so light.

30/11/2025: The 2024 Boxing Day jota was excellent. The meat dinner was very good (about 30 euros per person, but it filled us up and quenched our thirst for two days). Good bikes. And a good Budweiser beer (the Czech one, of course).

26/02/2026: I was there with my partner. We were deciding between a few places in Gorizia. Our choice was based on reviews we saw here. The presentation itself of my flank steak was spectacular, and desserts were delicious. It was not my first time here, and I’m sure it’s not my last.

As always it's amazing to see how involved and dedicated Gabriele is with what he does (presumably) best: excellent wine, genuine, authentic just grounded to the soil. 24/02/2026: I had the grilled sea bass fillets, they were disgusting, they came back for 2 days, I will never eat there again, moreover I had asked for grilled vegetables and they served me potatoes with spinach that were almost blended

12/11/2025: The atmosphere is typical and authentic Friulian trattoria, with a few dishes, but truly excellent. I was there a few weeks ago for a dinner with colleagues; there were about ten of us. I tried the dishes pictured, and everything was truly delicious. But I fell so in love with the tripe that I had to order a second helping. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: A very pleasant experience! The goulash gnocchi, obviously homemade, were simply amazing! The cold cuts were of the highest quality, and the fridge was very well stocked! The service was prompt and pleasant! The rooms were clean and brand new! What can I say? The TOP!
