08/06/2026: We visited again after a few years, and as always, highly recommended. They serve typical Karst dishes (cucina tipica carsolina), and the appetizer trio was very tasty and of top quality.
The owners are part of the Slovenian minority in the province of Gorizia (historical information is available in the restaurant). There are also World War I fortifications (Isonzo Front) nearby. The owner is happy to explain the various access routes (possibly even by mountain bike). We'll be back! Warm greetings from South Tyrol!

29/04/2026: We spent three nights in this beautiful, clean, and well-maintained house and were very satisfied!
The hosts went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible with their friendliness.
The breakfast was wonderful!
The food in the restaurant was also delicious!
We would love to come back!

28/06/2026: Excellent place, nothing to complain about. It was open on Sunday, and we were served very quickly. Honestly, I don't remember food being prepared this fast anywhere else. Everything was delicious; both we and the kids loved it. Very polite waiter, nice atmosphere. No parking issues at all, and a good, varied menu, meaning you can order food to suit any taste. Don't know what else to add, it was our first time, and we will definitely keep coming back.
17/05/2026: The kitchen is open all day. I had a great time. Fair prices and good quality. I'll be back again.

10/12/2025: After passing by several times, I decided to stop and try this restaurant. I'd heard good things about it, and the reviews were good. Since we hadn't made a reservation, we had to wait for a table, but the wait wasn't long. We tried several dishes, all of which were delicious and well-prepared.

05/03/2026: Had a really great experience at Silene AgriRistorante. The place has a calm, countryside atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Food was excellent, very fresh and clearly made with quality local ingredients. Every dish felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. Service was also friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet meal surrounded by nature. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to!

24/12/2023: Sono ritornato con mia moglie in questo locale....dopo che ho aspettato al banco un bel po' trovo sempre la cameriera sui cinquanta che mi dice in modo maleducato che per avere una tartina col prosciutto e due pezzi di formaggio devo aspettare il titolare....mentre lei intenta a chiacchierare e bere al banco con qualche suo amico.A parte la scortesia totale ma se lavori in una trattoria mi chiedo a quella età se non sai nemmeno tagliare il formaggio cambia lavoro.... non ci torno più.
02/09/2023: Perfetto se si torna dal mare o se ci si vuole fermare per mangiare e bere senza pretese.
Tagliere di affettati e formaggi superlativo, carne alla griglia di buonissima qualità e pane fatto in casa. Prezzi onestissimi, ci torneremo.
Non assegno la quinta stella per mancanza di attenzione e pulizia del tavolo.

01/03/2026: Celebrated a dear friend's birthday at this home restaurant with an amazing pizza tour!!! Excellent, crispy pizza with quality ingredients. Barbara and Giuliano are wonderful people who make you feel truly at home. A fantastic experience, one to repeat. 😊
