Located in a quiet industrial area outside Monfalcone, with a large front veranda and two rooms decorated with football history. Danish and Belgian commercial beers available, sandwiches on soft bread perfect for a snack without breaking your teeth. Good prices. Welcoming staff. Parking is easily covered by the dealership, and parking on the street is not possible because there is a no-parking or parking restriction.

I tried the "codino burger" sandwich; the meat was cooked to perfection, juicy, and of high quality. The fries and appetizers were also excellent, perfect to accompany the beer. The atmosphere is informal, welcoming, and above all, perfect for sports fans. With TVs strategically placed in three corners of the room, optimal viewing is guaranteed for enjoying the game. 01/03/2026: Unfortunately, I found the relaxation areas poorly managed: despite the clear instructions not to occupy the loungers with personal items and towels, many people did so anyway, making it difficult to find a free spot to lie down during the three-hour stay. I had the impression that more people were allowed in than the actual capacity. Despite this aspect, the overall experience was very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the snack room, with cookies and hot tea always available. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional, and the massage was truly relaxing and well-performed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return to try it again, hoping for more careful management of the relaxation areas.
15/02/2026: An enchanting place. Kept in perfect condition. The cellar is fascinating, especially the re-discovered tunnel from the Second World War. Compliments to the owner. The tasting was very well-prepared. Sommelier Camille was a lovely person, very knowledgeable and friendly.
