09/09/2025: I often stop by when I'm in Trieste for university. The place is small but has a bit of space for dining, both inside and out. The lady at the counter has always been nice... She even gave me some rice when I asked her which one she'd chosen from the soup (which was also delicious) she'd prepared... I like the food because it tastes like home, traditional, not the classic takeout fare I find in delicatessens. Appreciated ♥️

06/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place quite by chance a few nights ago. The place is really cozy and has a wonderful, elegant feel. The food was simply delicious, and the staff was super friendly and very attentive. We really enjoyed our time here. Hopefully, we'll be back soon!

15/07/2025: Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante attraverso un cofanetto. Altissimo livello di cucina, sia per la bontà di ciò che abbiamo potuto assaggiare sia per la presentazione dei piatti. Servizio eccellente sia come gentilezza sia per la velocità. I tagliolini al San Daniele serviti nel cestino di parmigiano sono una delle cose più deliziose che abbia mai mangiato. Buonissimo anche l'arrosto d'oca e i dolci, soprattutto il tiramisù al pistacchio.

26/07/2025: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and were generally satisfied 👍. Arriving around 12:00 🕛 after having spotted the restaurant by car 🚘, we asked if we could sit down; at that point we were asked if we preferred a veranda or a completely outdoor setting. Opting for the latter, we then waited for a table to be prepared for us next to those already reserved 📞. Browsing the menu 📋, we immediately noted the deliciousness of the various options, finally choosing two second courses (lamb chops on mint and pea puree and cod in squid ink with green asparagus) accompanied by two portions of chips 🍟. To complete the order, we also ordered a small beer 🍺, a 0.75-liter bottle of sparkling water 💧, and a glass of Cabernet Franc 🍷, followed by two coffees ☕. Everything was absolutely tasty 😋 and well-cooked, and the choreography of the dishes was also excellent 👌. The staff were very kind and friendly, from the manager 🧑🏻 who welcomed us to the various girls 👩🏻👩🏼 who then served us. However, I must make a comment regarding the wait times and, more generally, the organizational aspect: if, initially, everything went well, then something stopped working... we waited over half an hour for the coffees, while the desserts 🍰, despite repeated requests, never even arrived. Not that it was the end of the world, in fact the rating remains largely positive 👍, however I think it's fair to point it out; it should also be said that the place was full anyway and this may have caught the staff a bit off guard. I'm also aware of the current difficulties (including psychological ones) of a category, that of restaurateurs, against which our illegitimate government has declared an unjustified and intolerable all-out war; therefore, I fully support this and, nevertheless, wish the business a good restart. Prices are perhaps slightly higher than average but in any case fair in relation to the quality. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻. Parking area 🅿️ not huge but still adequate. The surrounding rural setting is pleasant even though the structure faces the main road 🛣 connecting Aquileia and Grado. Overall, we had a good time, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 09/11/2025: In a warm mountain setting, with a lively dining room, Monday night showcased the vibrancy of one of the few active establishments in this beautiful mountain village. There were some pleasant surprises when choosing wines, including the magnificent Livio Felluga, Vértigo, which speaks of terroir and foreign grape varieties. Just a couple of pasta dishes with venison ragu, where the magic was diminished by the overuse of a heavy-handed knife that flattened the dish. The pasta was good, but the overall experience was underutilized by the presence of this harsh knife, which made everything seem even. A little cheese served as a fitting end to the meal. The next day we returned for lunch and found the same flaw in a goulash and a venison stew. The dishes fell short of their potential. Attentive service. Friendly atmosphere.

06/11/2025: Bar Cella Cicchetteria – A surefire way to enjoy a good drink I've never had the opportunity to eat here, but I've often stopped in for an aperitif or digestif, and the experience has always been very pleasant. The place has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a quiet break. The grappas are excellent, with an interesting selection and well-presented. The service is always friendly and attentive, a detail that really makes the difference. A place you'll gladly return to for a good drink with friends.

23/09/2025: We were last in Lignano two years ago and had fond memories of Roj'z. This year, on our first day of arrival, we went there again for dinner. It's always a delightful experience, with attentive service and excellent food!

16/09/2025: A very cozy restaurant with excellent food. We quickly got a table under a tree that a bird had used as a toilet. The waitress and the manager immediately made an effort and extended the awning. We were there last year and it was worth a visit again this year.

12/12/2025: A wide variety of piadinas, burgers, fries, and desserts. The piadina doughs are excellent and unique, the ingredients are high-quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're passing through Udine, it's definitely worth a visit!

15/12/2025: The restaurant is well-run by Manola (who, incidentally, has the same birthday as me, October 19th). She is kind and very helpful. The kitchen recently underwent a change, appointing a Neapolitan chef and completely revamping the menu. We ate very well; the restaurant is quiet and very welcoming. The service was excellent, and the dishes featured a variety of Neapolitan and non-Neapolitan influences, all excellent! The bill was fair and not excessive. I don't understand the criticism compared to the past; it's normal for a restaurant to change management and its intended direction; the service and dishes were all excellent, I highly recommend it.

16/11/2025: I arrived for lunch with a friend who recommended this place. I was immediately surprised by the warm, friendly welcome, accompanied by a smile. It started beautifully, and continued with excellent dishes, especially Neapolitan cuisine. Although we'd only chosen one dish for this quick break, the attention to detail was unparalleled, and above all, with the right amount of discretion. The location is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is clean and very pleasant. We'll definitely be back. Well done!
