04/02/2025: Warm, welcoming. Refined and discreet. Property and courteous service staff. Interesting menu with strong innovative features. Wine cellar suited to the offer. The construction of the menu entirely woven around the quality of the raw materials and the distinctive new elements included was appreciated. Starters, first and second courses which, while maintaining the characteristics of the best tradition, have been reworked and embellished.

07/02/2025: I go to Aladino to eat well, the environment is very clean, well kept, for me the style of the place matters little. Pizza chef and polite, non-intrusive staff. The pizza that I love between the wide choice and the Roman one, good, digestible dough, crunchy at the right point and abundant anchovies... once you've finished tasting it, you won't feel bloated. Fair price, it's worth going and enjoying it in the pizzeria where we find a large, convenient car park in front. I recommend you go there and you will be satisfied

30/03/2025: On Sundays there is always great confusion, especially due to disorganization and personal conflicts among those who work there. From 10am onwards there are no more croissants and if you order something it often happens that due to the very long lead times the order comes back saying that it has finished in the meantime. Long waits even when you arrive to order, and it often happens that the table you find needs to be cleared or cleared but dirty (it has always been taught in bars that when you remove the cups you also pass the table...). It is lucky enough to be the only one open on Sunday morning but the majority of customers choose it due to lack of alternatives.

15/09/2024: The Ai Confini restaurant, located directly on the golf course in Tarvisio, is truly a culinary gem! Here, good, honest cuisine with regional products is offered on a manageable menu. The number of tables is limited, so it is absolutely recommended to make a table reservation. The price-performance ratio is great! Of course, Italian is spoken, but also Slovenian, German and English. Anyone who can't resist the temptation to divide several dishes onto two plates will be generously rewarded with this option at no extra charge. This means you can enjoy several starters together. The drinks menu is very remarkable and includes all of Italy, a few French and all at really moderate prices. We would be happy to come back here next time and be very hungry. The fifth star for the kitchen in the rating comes about because the frequency of strawberry crumble on many dishes was not necessarily appropriate due to the acidity... but that shouldn't detract from the overall impression... 👍 🤗 PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍

01/11/2024: It is not possible, in 2024, to be told with some disappointment that if you want to pay with a debit card the price will be increased by 1 Euro, even and especially if you have to purchase the vignette for Slovenia, which has a fixed price. A short-sighted attitude, I would have gladly consumed a rich breakfast if whoever served me for the cartoon had addressed me differently.

09/04/2025: We recently had lunch at Trattoria Al Pescatore and were certainly satisfied 👍. Arriving on site around 1pm 🕐 almost by chance (we passed by while walking 🚶🏻‍♂️ in complete relaxation during a sunny 🌞 Sunday in October 🍁🍂), we entered asking if there was a free table and, immediately, a waitress 👩🏻 made us sit down. In short we took a look 👀 at the menu 📋 and at the same time ordered a drink (a liter of sparkling 💧 water). In the end we opted for an appetizer (scallops au gratin), two first courses (spaghetti 🍝 with clams and gnocchi with truffle/scampi) and a second course (grilled fish skewers 🍢). To conclude, a strawberry 🍓/vanilla semifreddo and a couple of coffees ☕. Everything really good 😋 and served quickly. The staff members were kind and friendly, the owner in particular was very nice and welcoming 👴🏻. Prices are normal given that the first courses are between 9 and 12 euros 💶, with the fried food 🍤 set between 13 and 15. The decor of the place is simple but refined, which contributes to making it certainly pleasant as a whole. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. The location is strategic given that the structure directly overlooks Viale Miramare, one of the most important city streets. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 02/04/2025: Il locale è stato una vera sorpresa, in modo positivo. Estremamente piccolo con pochissimi coperti nel periodo invernale, presumo che nel periodo estivo ci siano più tavoli. La cucina è semplice ma curatissima e con ottimi prodotti, soprattutto per carnivori. Il servizio è cordiale e puntuale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto.

01/02/2025: Prima volta in questo locale. Ambiente piccolo, familiare e super accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Noi abbiamo preso un antipasto di affettati misti con formaggi. Il più buono in assoluto che abbia mai mangiato. Abbiano proseguito con grigliata mista che, molto intelligentemente, servono un po' alla volta, in modo che la carne sia sempre calda e tenera. Questo permette anche di fermarsi quanto si è sazi. Il costo è in proporzione a quanto e cosa si è mangiato. Non ho aggettivi per descrivere la qualità e la bontà della carne, se non ECCELLENTE. Tappeto qualità /prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente. Durante l'estate è possibile mangiare all'aperto in un contesto suggestivo tra i vigneti. COMPLIMENTI!

14/03/2025: Servizio eccellente grazie a ragazzi meravigliosi. Una serata con amici, mangiato bene, sia pizza che primi piatti. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata però la serietà e competenza che Jary ha dimostrato nel servizio, sempre molto cordiale e gentile; ci ha accontentato in tutte le nostre richieste (che sono state molte…) e col supporto di Daniel, anche lui molto cordiale e professionale, la nostra serata è stata veramente piacevole, come il conto: adeguato e onesto. Consigliatissimo !!

04/03/2025: Many pseudo restaurateurs, when they are reviewed with 3 stars, are offended and respond piqued. These Lords of mediocrity at very high prices should go and eat the fish at Al Gallo. They would learn what it means to have excellent (and not obvious) raw materials and to cook them in a light but tasty way. They would understand, regardless of taste (I always prefer to eat on a tablecloth which doesn't exist here) how to furnish a place with elegance. What an experience should be offered when the price well exceeds 50 euros (as happens now, especially in the city I come from, Bologna, even in taverns). They would realize that either places like Al Gallo should be able to give 6 stars in the category to which they belong, or their service should be downgraded to 2. I would improve the bread. Chapeau.
