29/03/2025: Excellent! The quality of the dishes as a good Sicilian left me emotionally impressed! The elegance of the staff in serving the dishes envelops you in an experience that overwhelms you, the quality of the raw materials and the refinement of their preparation is worthy of a Michelin star. Fine and delicate surroundings accompany you on a refined food and wine journey. The wine cellar, thanks also to the suggestions of the sommelier, accompanied our dinner, marrying flavors and smells in an excellent way. Here you don't eat, but travel with your mind and taste buds. The friendliness of the owner then drags you into a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Here Chef Barbieri just has to get up, compliment him and suggest him on every television show. Thank you very much for the experience.

14/04/2025: I would like to start by saying that I have frequented this restaurant on several occasions in the past, however, after the experience I had yesterday, I no longer intend to return. There were four of us and, not having made a reservation, we were asked to wait for the tables to become free. We were told the wait would be short, but we waited about half an hour. Once seated, the staff took the orders with a rather hasty attitude, handing us the cutlery in a careless manner. After about 40 minutes we were served the first course; the second and third (both double bacon sandwiches) arrived an hour later. Upon service, we pointed out that the extra bacon was missing, as per the order, and were told it was out of stock. I find it unacceptable that such information is communicated only at the time of delivery and not at the time of ordering. Furthermore, it is absolutely incorrect to have to pay for a dish that is not complete as if it were complete. Finally, an hour and a half later, when the others had finished eating and we were about to get up, the last dish arrived: a rib-eye which, unfortunately, had very little of the rib-eye. The cooking was completely incorrect, the taste was unpleasant, with hints of spoiled meat, and the consistency was excessively hard. I understand that the place was full, but for this very reason it would have been more appropriate not to accept further customers if you are not able to guarantee an adequate service. The overall experience was disappointing and the service offered did not live up to expectations, nor the price paid.

12/04/2025: We waited hours for a small sandwich and even made a mistake not to mention a hair in the sauce and they also treated us badly (the cashier was a horrible person)

21/02/2025: I had dinner there at the end of 2024. I found the dishes very good and well cooked. The service was a little slow because the very nice owner wandered around a bit to chat with the customers. But a positive experience, I would go back.

29/03/2025: Sartoria has recently changed management and I hadn't been there yet. The sandwiches from the previous management were good, but nothing exceptional. Last night's sandwich was amazing: finally a smash burger, perfectly cooked hamburgers, very crunchy bacon, chips included with the sandwich, very good, super crunchy and above all, not just two chips but a nice portion. The guys are very kind, super fast service, I'm really excited. Sandwich and chips €15, price in line considering that we're also talking about the center and really excellent quality, you can see that they pay particular attention to detail. Last night they gained two new customers, we'll definitely be back! P.S. A note of merit to the girl at the cash register (short black hair with glasses - I don't know her name unfortunately) for her kindness and friendliness.

26/12/2024: The ambience has a somewhat coarse, not to say morbid, charm. The Italian regular audience consists of the 70+ generation and a few young people who go for a beer. There are snacks, dolci, ice cream, coffee specialties, draft and bottled beer, as well as Prosecco, by the glass or in a liter carafe. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly and quick to serve. There is a guest garden that is separated from the street with wild wine. There is a second garden behind the restaurant. The furniture in the restaurant is a bit old, but was probably built to last and, together with the slot machines, adds to the atmosphere. We have been here several times on our hikes and we always liked it. When purchasing the carafe of Prosecco, ask about the price in advance; there was a misunderstanding on our last visit.

23/03/2025: Tempi biblici e inaccettabili per mangiare una pasta. A quel punto ti aspetteresti un capolavoro e invece ti arriva un'amatriciana immangiabile, pomodoro freddo e senza sale, sembrava versato sulla pasta direttamente dal vasetto.

21/03/2025: Super recommended place. Rustic furnishings, very warm and welcoming. Friendly and professional staff. Truly TOP quality of food and preparation, all EXQUISITE. The only flaw is long waiting times but if you want to spend a quiet evening with excellent food and wine it is truly the ideal place
