25/05/2025: A great place to spend an evening with friends, playing billiards, darts, or a game of table football. They also have board games and card games for younger children, and families with children. The staff is friendly and always smiling. You have to stop by at least once to try it. 🥂🍾

07/09/2025: Very delicious coffee and very good food! You can enjoy your coffee outside with a beautiful view of the sea in the distance. The ambiance is tastefully and atmospherically designed. Unfortunately, the mood was severely dampened by one thing: We were tired after a long drive, in a hurry to an appointment, and had already waited over 20 minutes for the sandwiches. We politely asked for the service to be expedited. Nevertheless, we still had to wait a very long time for the bill. It seemed as if we were simply ignored. The guests at the next table had the same experience. Our polite requests were met with rudeness and displeasure. Overall, a disappointing impression and a bad aftertaste remained from the visit. After reading other reviews, I came to the conclusion that the owner's attitude towards guests apparently varies depending on their origin.

28/07/2025: Che dire, questo è un vero agriturismo!!! Vignaioli, allevatori di germani reali e cosa trovi a tavola? Germano reale al forno, tagliatelle al germano e Refosco... Tutto ottimo, abbondante, a prezzi normali e serviti come se si fosse a casa. Per me il numero uno!

08/12/2025: I had dinner last night at Vecio Buffet Marasciutti, a restaurant that's been open since the early 1900s and is a true Trieste institution. I don't have any photos of the dishes, because every time the dish arrived, all I could do was savor the moment. And that's the real strength: the food was a delight with every forkful, a thrill of authentic flavors. The atmosphere is typical, timeless, and pleasant. The service is simple, simple, and friendly. I think Vecio Buffet Marascutti is a must-see for anyone in Trieste. Go there and prepare to leave your phone in your pocket. PS: Reservations, if not required, are highly recommended.

08/06/2025: Excellent typical takeaway products. First courses, second courses, desserts... All fresh and of excellent quality. You can also find wine, oil, pasta; gift baskets. Wide selection of good things. Try it and believe it. The only flaw is the not very convenient parking. Come and meet Angela, she is really very courteous, helpful and kind. Recommended place for those who like to eat well and healthily.

Each dish and pairing is explained by the staff, who also guide you through the daily specials and the menu. High-quality ingredients, with homemade bread, pasta, and desserts. The price is fair, around €45 per person for an appetizer + olive oil tasting, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, water, and coffee.

20/09/2025: A quintessentially Friulian "express" trattoria: straight to the point, but with evident touches of hospitality and care from the friendly owner and her staff. Service is prompt and attentive, the menu is ever-changing and never dull, and the bill is absolutely fair. A must-try if you're just passing through!
