09/11/2025: A wonderful family lunch. We were greeted with a smile and enjoyed excellent canapés: choose as many as you like. The first and second courses were excellent. Ask for local wine recommendations and try the desserts too. We'll be back.

06/12/2025: Simple, good food, unpretentious home cooking. The prices are definitely too high. For an appetizer of cured meats and pickles, Vicenza-style cod, a little house wine, a side dish, and coffee, I paid €34.50. I won't be returning.

29/11/2025: In the secluded Pordenone countryside near the Tagliamento River, lies a lively and popular (for lunch and dinner) hub for lovers of traditional rural cuisine. The focus is on meats, from mussels to tripe, mule, and cod, prepared with great attention to flavor and digestibility. Everything is delicious. The side dishes are spectacular: extraordinary beans all'uccelletto, cooked vegetables, and onions, both fresh and cooked. The horseradish pairs perfectly with everything. The red wine is perfect. It doesn't end there: biscuits and various desserts round out the meal (while waiting or paired with slivovitz and all kinds of liqueurs). Prices are fair. The staff are friendly and fast. A place frozen in time (from the 1960s), where you can immerse yourself in that atmosphere while still maintaining the same level of care and cleanliness.

10/12/2025: - Lunchtime Experience - The place, as usual, is excellent with its savory dishes and pizzas, as well as the service. The bitter surprise, more than the subsequent coffee, came with the coffee itself and the dessert. They set a "sugar limit" of one sachet per person, which my family and I were really surprised by, and we wonder what the point is if someone wants an extra sachet because they like their coffee sweet🤔😕. And the sweet dessert, here in the photo, is nothing like the one in the photo or the one in the videos displayed in the layouts of the place; it was almost 30-40% air, and not even at the brim as it appeared. We were a bit disappointed, since we're used to coming there, and the last time we had desserts, they were much better than that day. What happened, my dear Pizzikotto? What led to this decline in the sweet corner of your restaurant? It saddens me to write this because of this situation... :(

24/11/2025: I had lunch at Antica Trattoria Vigna and the experience was excellent in every way. Here's what struck me: Regarding the food, I really appreciated the authenticity of the ingredients. The flavors are clear and distinct, a sign of the freshest ingredients. The care in preparation is evident: nothing is left to chance, from the perfect cooking to the aesthetic presentation of the dish. The location is splendid, tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. Every corner of the restaurant displays great attention to style, and the recent renovation has certainly enhanced it! I have rarely found service with such attention to detail. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and ready to accommodate every request with a smile. A restaurant that leaves nothing to chance and puts the customer first. I will definitely return.

25/10/2025: I stopped and was surprised to find a GLUTEN-FREE piadina. What can I say? For a celiac, it's always a joy to find gluten-free options, and it was really good. I had the one with spicy salami. It had a lovely filling, and the dough was good and elastic (commercial gluten-free piadinas are often dry and not at all elastic). Congratulations! Highly recommended for those following a gluten-free diet (and those who don't, of course).

09/11/2025: A traditional trattoria with home-style cooking unlike anything you've seen before. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The barley, bean, and potato soup is a must-try, but everything was delicious.

19/10/2025: Had dinner on a Saturday night. Only one first course (soup) and very meager second courses. Honestly, from what was described to me, I had much higher expectations! I strongly recommend providing customers with a printed menu because the "customer" should be able to see the prices and not find out at the end that a bottle of wine (not excellent) costs €9 or a cover charge of €2 per person. I honestly wouldn't return.

23/11/2025: The place isn't particularly appealing from the outside; once inside, I discovered that it wasn't particularly nice inside either, but if you can eat well at a reasonable price, I'm happy with it. The menu is traditional (not in a bad way); the portions aren't excessive, and given the location, that's not a compliment. Overall, the quality is adequate, but the price is a bit high for the location and the amount eaten. The semifreddo was put in the microwave, and I'll leave you to imagine the final result. If you're in a somewhat remote town, you have to do something extra to attract people: it needs to be reconsidered.

08/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! Excellent value for money. A must-try if you're in the area. The owner is also an excellent chef who knows how to elevate even simple dishes like Friulian frico (flavored with the typical red onion of the area) and excellent crostini (for example, crostini with creamed cod, strawberries, mint, and walnuts). Also try the desserts... A welcoming atmosphere with very friendly service.
