12/02/2025: For years I have been buying both pizzas by the slice and, lately, also single pizzas, all delicious. Fresh ingredients, many flavours, you can order them by phone and pick them up, on time.
Convenient prices.
Parking along the sidewalk, or, on the other side of the square, large free parking.
Fresh drinks to take away. Everything is excellent! ;)

Upon our arrival, they greeted us with warm focaccias at the table: truly appreciated.
We ordered several dishes and everything was respected. Good food.
I would have liked to have been warned that the focaccia I ordered had cheese on it, but I overlooked it.
They offered us a round of digestives left at the table: superb!
The atmosphere is truly special and the prices are reasonable.
I recommend it!
23/07/2025: The food was truly excellent. Delicious pizza and wine. However, the service was inconsistent. I speak Italian on vacation and do my best to accommodate the staff in multiple languages. Some staff members stubbornly carry on in Italian, at full speed, without a smile. Others are accommodating to your beginner level and appreciate your efforts. All in all, I recommend this place because the food and atmosphere are simply fantastic.

01/08/2025: Moderately priced daily menu (without drinks) €13, mediocre food, very good "basta" sauce...3...overcooked pasta €2.
Pork chop stringy and dry, clearly precooked and reheated...green salad from a bag...a bit "mushy," professional and distant service. Dated atmosphere.
A very disappointing note: a liter of water cost €3.50, a plastic bottle...absurd...coffee €1.60.
Total for a business lunch €18.10...less than many other places in Trieste...but too much for a business lunch of this kind.

14/06/2025: A nice restaurant with an extensive menu. The famous 450-gram Elephant Ear Schnitzel is a favorite. Meat and pizzas are also available. The portions are very generous. Attentive and friendly service. Parking is available.

03/03/2025: Excellent pizza, in my opinion one of the best around, top ingredients, excellent and very digestible dough, even with double dough it doesn't weigh on the stomach... I've been going there for years and always leave satisfied. It has seats inside for about 15 people, very kind, punctual and fast. Excellent value for money.
I highly recommend it. 👌🏽👍

Tutto buonissimo, personale super cordiale, porzioni medio-abbondanti e conto in linea con I piatti proposti.
Prima esperienza.
18/10/2024: Volevamo pranzare lì a causa delle buone recensioni. Purtroppo ci siamo resi conto che né il cibo né il servizio, molto poco cortese, hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. È un posto per un pranzo veloce per gli operai. Se volete del buon cibo e un servizio cordiale, dovete andare da un'altra parte. Ce ne siamo andati... mai più!

As a tourist I was unlucky to visit a lot of bad restaurants in Trieste, but this place gave me back the hope that there are still places with the decent service in this city. As a group of 4 we tried different things and all the food was tasty and fresh.
05/07/2025: Excellent food, I had the vegan sushi and was very happy with it. The fish sushi looked great. Very friendly service from all staff. Good atmosphere. Looked deceivingly quiet on entry for lunch but is very spacious inside.

11/07/2025: Fast service, young, friendly, and professional staff. They always strive to meet their customers' needs. We come here often for this reason, as well as for the location, right on the beachfront. It's one of my favorite places in Lignano.
10/07/2025: Beach bar at Punta Faro. Excellent breakfasts with croissants and pastries from Turin's own pastry shop. For this alone, it deserves five stars. The young, attentive staff and reasonable prices add to the excitement. Keep it up...
