30/05/2025: We come here every year and have always been impressed by the quality and taste. Our experience yesterday was unfortunately very disappointing. The pizza dough was raw in places. The carbonara was swimming in runny sauce and no one at the table liked it (definitely not last year). The seafood spaghetti was tasteless. Calamari fritti was like bubblegum and completely unsalted. Caprese was good; you can't go wrong here. Panna cotta was good. Tiramisu was OK, but nothing more. A shame.

28/05/2025: You can eat a lot at a very low price. The place is nice overall. As for the food, don't expect gourmet dishes..

22/05/2025: Beautiful little bakery and cafe. Excellent crostata titolese and tuna toast. A very pleasant stop on our journey from Ljubljana to Piran. A very pleasant taste experience. Czech bakeries have a lot to learn from the Italians.

17/05/2025: Amazing cornetto - perfectly buttery dough and lovely crisp apricot filling. Pizza slice was nice too, staff was very helpful.

16/06/2025: I was there on a Saturday for lunch, spaghetti with clams or rather spaghettini cooked well beyond "al dente" and some even stuck together, grilled fish not memorable ... shame because the place has an enviable position on the road that leads to the center of Marano Lagunare, the place is not brand new but it lacks nothing and the lady at the tables is very kind and friendly, unfortunately however when I pass in front of it I always see little movement, now I also understand why.

15/06/2025: Beautiful setting, excellent service, the chef is very friendly and honest in the portions, the only flaw is perhaps the position of the parking lot, however the quality of the food is top quality, highly recommended

08/05/2025: We only stayed one night during a cycling tour and the property is located right along the FVG3 cycle route, just outside Gorizia. We appreciated the possibility of leaving our bikes safely at the reception entrance. The mini apartment is brand new and modern and offers a bathroom courtesy kit that surpasses that of many 4-star hotels; the bathroom is also equipped with a SERIOUS and powerful hairdryer. The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated as was the possibility of making a coffee in the room before leaving in the morning (they don't offer breakfast but there is coffee/tea, biscuits and jam). The girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We can only recommend this delightful establishment. We will advertise you :D Thanks again :)

05/05/2025: Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back, I had pain in my mouth the whole day after due to the hardness of the sandwich I ate the night before. Prices may be fair, but quality compares to price.

29/05/2025: A historic villa of great charm, located in a very quiet place and surrounded by a splendid garden, where our dogs were able to run happily and safely. We stayed only two nights but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere of the place and the welcome, attentive to our every need and request. 24/05/2025: We were a group o 7 with kids and adults of all generations. Pasta was great. Pizza not as great as day before in Naples but still good! The room was a bit noisy but full of locals, they know whats good. The waitress was attentive, sweet and super-charming. Need to return.

17/05/2025: Amazing environment to spend an evening..from music to darts to billiards

14/05/2025: Absolutely informal place, you may not like it, but I do. There are many games: darts, table football, many billiards for the American game, some for the Gorizia game. Big screens to follow big sporting events in company. In these cases there is a bit of noise.... Good pizza, good beer (you drink it in 1/2 liter glasses, finally), honest prices. I feel good here every time I come. After the sudden death of Gianni, the owner, the place remained closed for improvements and is currently managed by Edy (his wife) and Katya (his daughter). The style has remained the same, the food offering has improved (without price increases), the furnishings are more refined, the range of games has been expanded. In short, I confirm the evaluations I gave at first: if you enter into the spirit of this very special place, you always come back. At least this is true for me and my friends who I usually come here with. I went back yesterday (May 13, 2025) and the way they prepare the pizza has changed: now it is taller and softer and it seemed much improved to me. The oil to add is of incredible quality. Finally, an IPA beer is also available (Moretti). In short... always better.
