The staff manage to strike a balance between being profession and friendly, and seemingly effortlessly make you feel at home. 18/06/2025: I was there this morning, the brioche was very good but I was really shocked by the rudeness of the girl who replaces Cristina, I had already had the opportunity to see it and I had also heard about it. I basically went to pay and she asked me if I paid for everything, I told her yes, she gave me the bill and when I went out I checked and saw that she had added to the bill the 2 cappuccinos that 5 minutes before a friend of ours had gone to pay for himself, I went back in, I asked her if she remembered this person because I didn't want her to think I was ripping her off, she didn't even listen to me, she got angry saying that I was the one who had to tell her what we had and that she didn't know if they had paid for the cappuccinos because there were 100 of us, actually there were 7 of us! I described the gentleman to her but she talked over me! There weren't many people and she remembered all our drinks very well but not that they had paid for 2 cappuccinos 5 minutes before??? Come on! And in any case a little calm and good manners wouldn't hurt!

28/05/2025: Sweets are always fresh and delicious and coffee is great. Service is good. Even if you don't know italian, it's ok. It's in the city center, but there are free parking on the street that is free for one hour.

23/09/2025: We were last in Lignano two years ago and had fond memories of Roj'z. This year, on our first day of arrival, we went there again for dinner. It's always a delightful experience, with attentive service and excellent food!

16/09/2025: A very cozy restaurant with excellent food. We quickly got a table under a tree that a bird had used as a toilet. The waitress and the manager immediately made an effort and extended the awning. We were there last year and it was worth a visit again this year.

30/10/2025: The food quality is very good, but they can be a bit slow with orders, especially during peak hours. The owner (I think) should smile a little more. The place is small but welcoming; there are only a few tables, so reservations are recommended. Parking is limited, all on the street. Be careful not to park in front of the Red Cross office; it's a 118 station, and the ambulance exit shouldn't be blocked (the Carabinieri regularly check it). Occasionally, there are musical and other events, especially in the summer. There is no accessible ramp.
