02/04/2025: Bar Condor is a simple and welcoming place, perfect for a coffee break or a snack in a quiet and familiar atmosphere, also suitable for a quick lunch! The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to make customers feel at ease. From 1st to 30th April it hosts the Le vie delle Foto exhibition, which can be visited during opening hours. A small space where art also finds its daily place.

18/07/2025: Easiest 5 stars. We came here without expecting much looking at other reviews, were we in for a treat! The host is a sort of Italian Robin Williams combining a unique dynamic flair, easy hospitality and personal interaction. This seems to reflect in the food that is not just tasty, made and presented with attention but also engaging and interesting. Loved the spaghetti with black garlic, and the pasta with goulash was to die for. Not to mention the lasagnetta with pesto and pea sprouts on top. Served with excellent local Vitovska wine and an excellent tiramisu this lunch approaches what is for me the perfect restaurant experience.

28/06/2025: Stopped in here for a slice of pizza before our visit to Grotta Gigante. Very good pizza and fast and friendly service. In a nice and quiet environment. Please visit this restaurant.

29/07/2025: As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted with a sincere smile by the waitress, who immediately put us at ease with her kindness and professionalism. A truly pleasant start that set the tone for the rest of the experience. We ordered pasta with clams for our first course: simply delicious! You could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the expert hand of the chef. The atmosphere is very homey, well-kept, and welcoming; you feel right at home. A place you'll gladly return to, both for the quality of the food and the warm welcome.

29/07/2025: They only had soda or wine to drink. Some dishes weren't available. There was only one waitress, which was clearly too few, even though she really tried her best. The dishes were very meager, but otherwise okay. We were also eaten by mosquitoes, but we weren't allowed to sit inside even though it was completely empty. We certainly won't be eating there again.

31/07/2025: Totally recommend this gelateria!!! They just have the best ice cream in the wider region. Wonderful flavours yum yum. Their biscuits and other products are fantastic too. Worth a detour!

28/07/2025: Excellent gelato shop in a strategic location at the entrance to the city on Via Cividale. Wide selection of flavors. Recently, to their great credit, they participated in the "Gelato for Peace" event in support of Doctors Without Borders and the Palestinian cause. So they offered an absolutely delicious *watermelon*-themed granita!!! Appreciated by all their friends, it provided tangible support in alleviating one of the most terrible human tragedies of recent years... Thank you for being there.

26/07/2025: I found the place by chance because my usual pastry shop was closed... I ordered a birthday cake, and it was much better. EXCELLENT, EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

14/03/2025: Ogni tanto mi prende quella, prendo il treno in pausa pranzo e vado a farmi una mangiata per i buffet di Trieste, rigorosamente da sola. Sto giro ho puntato Al spaceto, che era stra consigliato da un gruppo di intenditori su fb. Sicuramente c' ero già stata ma non a mangiare. Ho preso un panino più grande di me con pancetta affumicata, crauti, senape e kren, goduria !!!!! Buono anche il vino sfuso, bello il posticino, sicuramente torno, anche per gli ottimi prezzi

12/03/2025: Locale poco appariscente, ma con una vetrina di tartine e panini e una “lavagna dei vini” più che dignitosa, ideale per una pausa dopo il lavoro o un aperitivo e quattro chiacchiere “a briglia sciolta”. L’atmosfera è schietta e i ritmi sono “umani”: chiude alle 20, ma fino all’ultimo, agli avventori viene servito con garbo un calice di vino. Un autentico tuffo nel “ben essere”

11/07/2025: Grilled meat: 1 sausage, a chicken breast the size of a glass, a strip of bacon, a thin slice of pork, a sausage, 2 pieces of polenta. All of it incredibly sad. Never again.

15/07/2025: We spontaneously visited Osteria Gostilna Koršič after it was recommended to us by the staff at the winery we were staying at and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. You could really feel the heart in both the hospitality and the food. We had the Biechi and Gnocchi, and the dish called “Franc” with lamb steak. Both the lamb and the Biechi were hands down the best food we’ve had on our entire European road trip. It was so good that we decided to come back for dinner the same day and we were just as impressed! This time we tried the Summer Burrata, Fusilli, and Grilled Beef with rosemary and potatoes. For dessert, we shared the Elderflower sorbet with gin and rosemary, and the crepes with vanilla ice cream and wild berries, all of it delicious. The setting is charming and cosy, especially the garden, and the overall vibe is relaxed and full of warmth. The staff made the whole experience extra special with their genuine hospitality. A true hidden gem. I highly recommend!

29/07/2025: The products are good, no complaints. The service could be improved, especially the fact that many times in the early morning the donuts and croissants are sold out. It's not normal for the donuts to be sold out by 8:30 in the morning, or the croissants to be sold out by 10:00. These are products that a pastry shop should always have available, especially during the aforementioned times, which are typical mornings. Another issue is the lack of a bathroom. These measures, coupled with the excellent raw materials, would certainly improve the quality.

13/06/2025: In town for work I walk around in the evening to find a place for dinner and I find this Osteria which is right in the square. Friendly and nice welcome, I sit inside given the uncertain weather, but they also have tables outside. I take gnocchi with goulash and I must say I made the right choice given the goodness of the food. Then I move on to dessert, chocolate cake. For being in the square and for the quality I would say honest prices. I will keep it in mind for the next trip to these parts.

29/04/2025: Inside it is a very beautiful tent. Nicely furnished. Terrace is a poor result inside. There are many more cozy terraces in the between streets.
