Dinner for two, in low season, the interior is a little dated but the KITCHEN and FOOD EXCELLENT, very fresh fish and the right portions. If you want to eat very fresh fish this is definitely the right place. Prices a little high but the raw material is worth it.

Siamo stati a pranzo allo Zero miglia. Antipasto misto con cappasanta, canocchia, baccala, seppie, spada affumicato e sardoni in savor. Delizioso. Poi boreto alla gradese di rombo, zuppa di pesce, fritto misto. Meravigliosi. Servizio impeccabile, locale arredato con gusto. Tutto perfetto. Torneremo presto.

Confesso che sono un pò di parte: figlio e nipote di pescatori ed impiegato in una Cooperativa di pescatori. In questo ristorante ci sono stato diverse volte quasi sempre per pranzi post lavoro. Questa volta è stata una cena improvvisata ed è stata una bella conferma della qualità e della cortesia. Il fritto misto è stato spettacolare e come ho già detto al personale, sono dovuto venire a Grado per mangiare un fritto come lo faceva mia papà. Un piccolo appunto sul semifreddo che ci è stato servito veramente troppo freddo, ma probabilmente era dovuto all'ora tarda. Complimenti.

06/04/2024: We stopped here following a visit to Gorizia. We had dinner here. We ate homemade gnocchi (spectacular) with goulash and tomato sauce. For the second course we ate excellent grilled skewers with the legendary baked potatoes. The house tiramisu is excellent. Quick and kind service. Very honest price and good quality of food. If we pass through Gorizia again we know where to go to eat
24/03/2024: Honest, home cooking, with reasonable quality. All very well! If there is anything to object to, it is the quantity: there is no risk of fattening.
