Truly, truly excellent seafood restaurant. The fish is super fresh (truly zero miles, and you can taste it). The mussels are delicious, and the mixed fried fish with the catch of the day is unsurpassed. I'd read reviews criticizing the portions being too small: that definitely wasn't the case, and we left the restaurant rolling (and super satisfied). The price was truly fair (it's fish, it's fresh, there's a lot of it, it's very good, and it's not free, and rightly so). Go for it! Highly recommended.

Highly recommended by friends from Friuli (they travel 80km to come here a couple of times a year), booking for at least 2 days, the fame is (this time) deserved, we tried everything from starters to desserts, everything was good, there was a wait, but also a lot of people waiting, the house wine was also good, great memories of Grado... the prices are those of places where you eat less well, but they make more of a central scene (for those who eat with their eyes)

We found the restaurant very authentic. I'm not sure what one could criticize. Apparently, some tourists didn't observe Italian etiquette. And they don't serve pineapple pizza here either.

Located right on the canal in Grado is this really good and friendly restaurant, which belongs to the fishermen's cooperative next door, where the fishermen deliver their catch daily. I've been here so many times and there's never been anything to complain about. But be sure to book well in advance during the summer, as it's very popular.

As always it's amazing to see how involved and dedicated Gabriele is with what he does (presumably) best: excellent wine, genuine, authentic just grounded to the soil. 08/09/2025: We stopped there by chance with the whole family; The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. The gelato was truly amazing and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
14/08/2025: Gelatolandia in Pieris is among the best classic artisanal ice cream shops in the Bisiacheria area.
