01/03/2024: Bar in the small square of the hamlet of San Giovanni, close to other activities / shops. Friendly staff. Excellent coffee and aperitif. Gazebo / outdoor summer garden. Also ideal for a quick stop, passing through. I advise.

05/08/2024: My first visit to this restaurant was in August 2023. The food, the traditional Napolitan desert I got recommended by the waiter Boban (if I remembered his name properly) made my visit to Trieste perfect. Thank you and I promise I will visit you again.

11/08/2024: Unfortunately, an evening to forget... starters were the only course worthy of note, the first arrived after almost 2 hours of being there (we arrived at 8pm so practically 10pm), together with the second, quite good sliced tuna, limp and cold fried calamari. No one deigned to come to the table to apologize until after the threat of leaving... poor service, all smoke and no roast. Too bad it was my mom's birthday and we were really annoyed. I won't go back!

09/07/2024: Very kind owners, always polite and smiling, I collect the parcels from the couriers for whom they do a storage service... and often on this occasion I get bread or some sweets (the pasticciotti are really delicious😋)... delicious ice cream!
03/07/2024: I always go for breakfast. My favorite is the pasticciotto, nothing to take away from the brioche either. Excellent coffee and cappuccino. I tried the delicious pastries too, made by the owner. Kindness, hospitality and super service

18/08/2024: Crazy Lino, impeccable welcome and knows what he's doing!!! Simple, welcoming place, it feels like being at home, there is also a fireplace which makes everything more cuddly!!! Well for the quality, imagination of the menu and search for combinations, I raise my hands, everything is fantastic!!! No negative criticism, in fact, I wouldn't change anything!
14/08/2024: I highly recommend lunch, dinner and why not, even for sleeping. Typical inn, very clean and recommended again.

02/01/2024: An excellent place to spend evenings with friends, including billiards, darts or a game of five-a-side football. Availability of some board games and card games even for the little ones for families with children. Friendly staff and always with a smile. You have to stop at least once to try it. 🥂🍾

21/06/2024: I didn't know that this restaurant, recommended to me by a colleague of mine for its excellent frico, was located in such a small and remote village. In any case it was a very relaxing lunch served excellently by the owner. I had the impression that everything was freshly cooked. We enjoyed everything. The bill was also very honest. We will be back as soon as possible to try something else. Given the rustic decor I appreciate it more in autumn.
03/06/2024: A discovery; all the food is home made, expect it right. The homemade frico with homemade polenta is good (but to my taste, the best in Friuli remains Cividale). A discovery is the frichelle (like meatballs) but made with frico. The homemade grappas are also good and strong. Menu on placemat. Friulian cuisine; Takeaway is also possible. I'll gladly come back to try other dishes on the menu
