18/05/2025: First of all, it must be said that the service here was excellent, as was the (modern) atmosphere, the bread, and the choice of wines by the glass (as well as the pairings). The prices seem more than reasonable for the level of cuisine that the restaurant aims to offer. As for the cuisine, there are perhaps a few things to complain about. The amuse-bouche/welcome plate: simply adding a little za'atar or pepper to a steamed beetroot and celeriac does not transform them into a dish (not even a welcome one), neither in terms of taste nor in terms of appearance. The pasta with blue crab bisque: I understand that no one likes to clean the crab, but simply making a bisque without even recovering the meat seems like a shame and a waste to me. And it is even more of a shame to serve the so-called bisque with a pasta that is not al dente but actually crunchy. The amberjack with bok choy: here, unfortunately, we are bordering on the limit of acceptable. Soft skin, overcooked fish—stringy effect that is not alleviated by the lack of any sauce. Speaking of sauces, the choice of soy sauce for the bok choy turns out to be unoriginal. The quail: excellent choice of raw material, not very easy to find in non-starred restaurants. Too bad, however, for the cooking of the breasts, on which the skin remained white (and the fat intact instead of being melted). Impeccable, however, the cooking of the wings. The combination with the sweetness of the dates is also good, although I would have hoped for more acidity to freshen the dish—a task that here is entrusted to the puntarelle, which however get lost in the sweetish sauce. In short, a disappointment, unfortunately, from a culinary point of view. From a place and a chef like that I would have expected more technical expertise and innovation. That said, the environment together with the service remain very pleasant, and the bread together with the selection of wines deserve applause.
25/04/2025: It was our first dinner experience in a Michelin starred restaurant and I have to say it was really interesting. We liked the combination and cooking of the food and above all the taste. Spaghetti alla guitar with wild garlic...excellent! I never even thought I would eat and appreciate red turnips😊. Even the wines paired well and pleasantly.

28/05/2025: The interior is very well-kept and truly Irish style. I have traveled far and wide across Ireland and locations like the Bridge House are hard to find outside of Ireland. I don't mind the food or the drink. The Guinness will never be like the Irish one due to the lack of that bitter note that makes it special, but it is still one of the best Guinnesses in export territory. The service is a bit old-fashioned and contrasts with that of other pubs in the historical social era in which we are living but, after all, if you are from the area and go to the Bridge House, you know that either you are a regular who will be given a smile or a chat more or you will be a number that comes in, consumes and pays. You know it and if you go back, like I do every now and then, it means that you are happy with it. Twice we had to go back to the cashier because they had sold extra beers, but just tell them and they will refund you the difference. Go there especially on St. Patrick's Day with lots of live music.

08/05/2025: Un luogo magico, una cucina che fa sognare, un'atmosfera unica al mondo. Quando entri da Upper House varchi la soglia di un posto che è capace di trasportarti in un altro mondo, un'altra epoca, un'altra città. È molto più di un ristorante ed è un'esperienza che si dovrebbe fare ad occhi chiusi.
30/04/2025: Consigliato da amici abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale, la location è particolare e di buon gusto, la cucina ottima con degli accostamento studiati ad hoc! Il servizio eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente

13/05/2025: Living nearby I often shop here, more frequently bread and pastries. The counter is always very attractive and among the savoury options there are often very tasty and special things. Today I tried the eggplant parmigiana and I have to compliment it, really delicious!
02/03/2025: I'm from Aiello and I've seen the evolution of this place, super satisfied and happy! High quality of the food inside, if you want to pamper yourself with a good quality breakfast I highly recommend it, but also to those who want to have a quiet and good aperitif! The staff is very kind and polite!

30/05/2025: We haven't been this excited in a long time. This bistro is a miracle. We've never eaten anything like these flavors that seem to go together. The staff is also very friendly. We wish you lots of satisfied customers and ideas.
17/05/2025: Básicamente comida rápida, pero está bien. Probamos dos sándwiches y ambos estaban bien. Son sándwiches de pollo, pero tenían buen sabor y textura. Los bollos eran especialmente agradables.

On the menu are typical Resian dishes where the local FRICO stands out with melted cheese and eggs surrounded by polenta and sausage. Very friendly and very fast service. Eating in huts like this is a daydream for the quiet of the mind and the joy of the heart. Managers with a great spirit of hospitality and service. Top place therefore. 31/05/2025: What a wonderful experience! 🍕 PIZZA. Very good!!! Very light, with refined ingredients and good raw materials. Excellent value for money (with about €10 we had pizza and coke). Wood oven! 🙍🏻‍♀️ STAFF. Very kind and friendly. Attentive to customer needs and very nice!!! 🌳 VENUE. Small but well kept. You can eat both inside, at a high counter, and outside at the tables (covered by a curtain). 📍LOCATION. Excellent strategic position, ample parking. It's just a shame we live too far away! A must-see for the next trip to Pordenone! Greetings!
