12/06/2025: A large shop/outlet open continuously. Great choice, even refined. Excellent food quality. Welcoming and efficient service. Ideal for tasting prosciutto in many varieties, without going into town (it is slightly outside with ample space for parking) and without too many frills. Given its size I think it is quite accessible even without a reservation or with a last minute reservation.

28/04/2025: Place immersed in the greenery of the Dolegna del Collio vineyards, ample parking for cars and motorbikes on concrete, where all bikers are welcome. Abundant courses, but I would add one to the "coast dish", excellent side dishes too, excellent beer. The beer shank is excellent and plentiful. Price appropriate to the quality and quantity, two second courses with side dish, small beer, one liter of sparkling water, two homemade desserts, two coffees, paid €35.00. I recommend lunch, to admire the summer/autumn landscape.

13/04/2025: Locale molto conosciuto a Udine, con ambientazione carina, atmosfera vivace e bella corte interna con panche in legno. Servizio gentile, disponibile e paziente anche coi gruppi, nonostante qualche piccola imprecisione nel prendere l'ordinazione e un po' di ritardo, dato l'affollamento del weekend. Frico morbido con cipolla meraviglioso, servito con una fetta di polenta. Olive ascolane migliorabili. Unica nota negativa: il bagno andrebbe pulito più spesso!
