Good dishes, fairly well prepared. In my opinion, fish cut too thick, miso soup a little bland and limited to 6 dishes per order. Good, but could be improved
28/08/2024: Excellent dinner. We were amazed by the variety of dishes and the high quality maintained in each of them. The environment is very nice. The service was very fast even if very impersonal, as in almost all sushi places. I recommend the amberjack carpaccio (among the Special dishes).

They charged a dish from €14 to €28 just by breaking it down (putting cooked ham instead of raw ham)

I was charged the cover charge even though it was not indicated on the menu list. This was unfair and perhaps even illegal.
I was unable to check it before paying because I was only given the receipt after completing the payment transaction.
So also bitter

Ottima carne e varietà di salumi e formaggi.
Consigliato per una serata in compagnia o in coppia, per chi è alla ricerca di buona carne.

Camino acceso e gran ciccia.
Però sono LENTI!! 4 gatti e anche per avere un piatto di prosciutto ci sono voluti 20 minuti!...però ne è valsa la pena. Tutto molto buono.

05/08/2024: Rude lady the cashier who received us she claimed there were no open spaces when there was clearly so many tables free I think she did not like the fact that I looked Middle Eastern although I am Canadian I only pity an actual Middle Eastern who will go to that place care about the quality of the food. It was very good, but you treat people badly. This doesn't give you any favours

17/08/2024: In 2023 I went to the Casete del Bidut and I was amazed by the quality of the food and above all the very good white wine. When my wife and I entered we asked for a first course and a second course, they looked at us and advised us to take a first course and a second course in 2 (large portion, we will definitely be back.

Qui troverete un gestore simpaticissimo che cucina da sé tutto quello che porta in tavola, anche la scelta degli ingredienti è attenzionata. Il sapore dei piatti ne è testimone.
I prezzi sono medio-alti ma l'esperienza vissuta all'interno del locale è unica. Addirittura spettacolo musicale dal vivo.
È raro uscire da un posto e uscire avendone conosciuto l'essenza di ciò che è proposto e chi gli sta dietro, qui succede. Tornerò

Returning to the review: an experience. Stellar quality raw materials masterfully prepared by the chef. Which incidentally should be known, super bright and nice. Truly an experience. I didn't like octopus before I tasted how he makes it. Excellent prices for the quality, craftsmanship and quantity, but don't expect McDonald's!
