31/07/2025: Musica dal vivo, cibo buonissimo, ottimi drink (consigliassimo l'americano della Conca). Serata magnifica in un giardino esterno che è indescrivibile! Consigliatissimo in particolar modo il mercoledì sera con la musica dal vivo!

14/07/2025: Trattoria La Conca Verde, a true trattoria, is a must-see for anyone near Val Cavallina. The menu offers an interesting variety of traditional dishes, both meat and fish, and when available, even goose eggs from their own geese, prepared with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. I personally recommend the pappardelle with duck ragù: the pasta, hand-rolled and very thin, is light, and the ragù is flavorful and enveloping, enough to entice you to continue with a second course... of pappardelle with duck ragù. And the desserts? Incredible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is in keeping with the cuisine: a traditional setting, overlooking a garden where some of the ingredients used in the kitchen come from. Finally, the service is always courteous and attentive; the prices? You can't have everything in life...and the stop, as mentioned, is unmissable.

13/09/2025: A unique place right in the center of Trieste. Very friendly. The service was excellent. Prices are moderately high, but we're still in the center of town.

13/09/2025: Barely edible food, ambient nice looking, very slow and poor service. I ordered some kind of a duck stir-fry that the waiter recimmended and it was way too salty. I only ate it as I was starving and it was raining so we couldn’t leave. The portions are very small and not sized for adults. When I complained about food being horrible salty, they offered a cake, but not complimentwry one nor did they provide any kind of apology when we went to pay. One of the rare places in Trieste that I dont recommend nor would I return.

05/10/2025: Super delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients from the wood-fired oven! We've been coming here, with a few interruptions, for over 30 years! A simple, clean restaurant with super-friendly staff! We especially enjoy our beloved "Swiss waitress"! Hope it stays this way for a long time to come!

10/09/2025: We were there for the first time today, and we felt very comfortable. It was a very informal atmosphere. The service was excellent. The food was simple but perfectly prepared. Unlike the usual restaurants in the area, on Schiki Miki, it was simply honest and good—you don't need anything more for a lovely evening with good food. Highly recommended.

18/10/2025: A quaint, bright, and well-decorated restaurant. The staff is smiling, quick, and courteous, and the food is excellent and beautifully presented. It's worth a visit, even if it's a bit pricey.

15/10/2025: Splendid restaurant, off the beaten track near Gorizia. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Evening service begins at 19.00h Good balance between tradition and class, very good kitchen, and lovely service. Pride taken in local sourcing of ingredients. Recommended, worth seeking out. Fairly priced for the quality. Good local wines.

07/09/2025: Nice place, the pizza isn't bad. They have three types: thin, medium, and thick. I prefer the thin one, which is very easy to digest. Decent restaurant menu with lunch specials during the week. The prices on pizzas and some other dishes are a bit high, considering there are plenty of similar options nearby.

31/08/2025: Sunday lunch, not very crowded. Nice place, excellent service. The pizza, however, was disappointing... the pizzas seemed undercooked... and they don't have a wide selection... it almost seems like a pre-cooked dish, almost industrially prepared... The morsikotti are good.

24/08/2025: Da Toni, the name is a guarantee. The guarantee of being in one of the restaurants that are a piece of local history and represent the culinary excellence of an entire region. Whichever dish you choose, you're in for an absolute masterpiece, both for the quality of the local produce and the ability to transform ingredients into flavor. This is thanks to a truly top-notch cuisine, capable of ensuring unparalleled quality year after year... for decades. When I enter this restaurant, I sometimes feel like I'm entering a church; a secular church, filled with the aromas of times past and the authenticity that has always been at home here.

10/07/2025: Absolutely amazing! We are from America and every time we visit our family in Italy we stop here, several times. Bread is so good, pastries are incredible! Definitely one of our favorite place!!

13/09/2025: An excellent pizza with a high crust but crispy all over. Very tasty and well-topped. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. I've tried various pizzas and have never been disappointed! Even with a group, the service is very fast, so I recommend it as a place to eat.

09/09/2025: Good pizzas. Of course, when you order them, you want to be able to eat them all the way through... leaving them at the table so charred after having been passed through at least two people's hands seems rather disrespectful to the customers.

18/10/2025: Welcoming restaurant, beautiful location, under the Udine castle, extensive menu, spectacular cuisine, unmissable welcome, arrogant waiters!

12/10/2025: I've been there several times, both with small and large groups, and we've always had a great time. You can choose from excellent pizzas and many other dishes from the restaurant. This time I had the paccheri alla napoletana, a generous dish cooked to perfection. The cost, including water and cover charge, was under €20. A place where you always have a good time!
