31/12/2024: It has always been a point of reference, when the old owner was there it was the best, now it has good products at prices accessible to everyone. So overall 5⭐️he deserves it all. We still need to work on the service, which is a bit slow and not always up to expectations.

07/03/2025: Invited to a dinner in this place which I found simple in its furnishings in the dining rooms. The dishes we chose were good and the quantity was right. The price was very good because we spent 22 euros per person. I was not satisfied with the fact that the vegetables (radicchio or mixed vegetables) are already seasoned and brought to the customer. I don't like vinegar and had to ask for a new portion without seasoning.

24/03/2025: I had to wait 15 minutes sitting outside and then I had to get up since I couldn't find any waiters and go and order two coffees at the counter that tasted the same as the ones from the vending machines, but I spent €3.80.

25/02/2025: Pleasant place, quite well looked after, and easily accessible. The dynamic and punctual staff fully and skillfully satisfies the customer's requests, whatever they may be. The empathy shown is also appreciated. The well-stocked pizzeria is up to the task of customer satisfaction. Generous, well-stuffed and cooked with skill, the pizzas are in fact almost a work of art.

25/03/2025: Came in here twice and didn’t regret on food and pricing. Food is delicious and Indian spices are distinct. Service is fast but they won’t check on you regularly (Staffs Need To Be Trained). Menu is limited comparing to other Desi places but whatever they have in the card is suffice for proper dinner in selecting veg and non-veg. Place is not too sofisticated but has dining comforts.
Though nothing that fancy still will come back for their quality food, very nicely balanced with everything.
22/03/2025: Hands down my favorite restaurant in town !! I’ve eaten here countless times, usually sticking to my go-to dishes but I’ve also tried a few new ones along the way.
The service is excellent and the food is absolutely incredible. Whether it’s takeout, delivery or dining in, the quality is always top-notch. It even tastes amazing cold or reheated—I often grab an extra meal to take home. If I could eat here every day, I absolutely would.

19/03/2025: Today we had lunch here at l’Edelweiss in Piancavallo, I have to say that we were very satisfied and above all full🤣 The portions were just right, the flavors were tasty and also for the environment and the staff a nice 10!! We will definitely return to try something else!!
