I went to Mulino Ferrant with friends for a carefree evening... and I'd say we completely succeeded.
We spent a wonderful evening in a welcoming, pleasant, and refined atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease. We ate very well, with dishes prepared with care and taste, accompanied by truly excellent wines.
The service was also impeccable: kind, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive.
It was one of those simple yet precious moments, filled with good food, good wine, smiles, and a lighthearted atmosphere. A place I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant, authentic, and relaxed evening.
I'll definitely be back.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery.
The service could be improved.
The food is limited, but good. I recommend adding sausage and rib to the menu, typical Friulian dishes.

There were six of us, so we ordered a bit of everything and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent, the only downside being the portions of the starters were a bit small.
The grilled meat service was worth the trip to the Ferrant Mill.
It was a beautiful day, so we were served outside under the pergola. I didn't explore the interior.
The garden is beautiful and very well-kept.

Communion lunch. Unfortunately, I didn't like the dishes. The tart was bland, the endive roll on a bed of polenta and a slice of formadi frant wasn't the best. The two first courses: ricotta gnocchi with tomato and fennel, absolutely not the best, and herb rice, let's say okay in terms of cooking but not great in terms of flavor. The frico was good. I must say, however, that I could smell grilled meat coming from the kitchen, which wasn't on our menu. That said, I might return to try the meat and perhaps a few other dishes I didn't "order."
The place is really beautiful, but it's small.

Very welcoming place, the food is good, and well-served. What I personally can't stand is the terrible acoustics in the room. There were 11 of us for dinner, and we couldn't communicate with those closest to us at the table.

I must say, this place really surprised us with its dishes, the friendliness of the staff, and the discreet atmosphere. Each dish preserves the essence of every ingredient, cooked with artistry and passion. I've eaten dishes of this caliber in restaurants with Michelin stars, and this one undoubtedly deserves them.
You can sense the chef's great mastery.
The desserts are equally impressive.
