16/03/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale grazie al passaparola e, sin dalla prima visita, ce ne siamo innamorati! Cercavamo un posto dove gustare una pizza al carbone e qui abbiamo trovato molto di più: un ambiente elegante, un’accoglienza calorosa e un personale sempre gentile e attento. La qualità delle materie prime è eccezionale, ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli e si sente la passione che mettono nella cucina. La pizza al carbone è semplicemente perfetta: fragrante, leggera e dal sapore unico. Ogni volta che torniamo è una conferma! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria di alto livello!

09/03/2025: Non sono solita scrivere delle recensioni, ma questa volta è doveroso farlo per ringraziare Ramon, Micaela e l'intero staff del ristorante che ieri sera ha reso indimenticabile la cena e Festa per i miei 40 anni. Quello che ci tengo a sottolineare in primis è l'umanità e la disponibilità che hanno dimostrato nell' accogliere i miei desideri e le mie richieste a partire dal cibo, musica e allestimenti. Il menù proposto da Ramon a cui mi sono completamente affidata ,ha entusiasmato i palati di tutti gli invitati, grandi e piccini con sapori autentici e genuini, dalle loro squisite pizze, ai mini burger, alle deliziose polpette, diversi altri antipasti hanno arricchito il menù...e il risotto al montasio e champagne con spolverata di tartufo la ciliegina sulla torta ☺️ Sono stati attenti alle esigenze del gluten free, proponendo alternative su misura. Il servizio è stato attento, delicato e puntuale,il sorriso non è mai mancato cosi' come la cura e l'attenzione per ogni particolare. Mi sono sentita a casa e in un' occasione così speciale la loro professionalità e umanità hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Un grazie di cuore a tutti ❤️

20/03/2025: At Osteria Corona (which I had already noticed other times when passing by the area) I ate VERY WELL FOR LITTLE MONEY 👍. Considering the typically homely atmosphere and the splendid landscape setting of the place 🏔, I really don't think I could have asked for anything better. Arriving there around 1.30pm 🕜 from Cimolais, I was greeted by the very busy lady 👩🏻‍🦱 at the counter who immediately went out of her way to find me a free table. I then chose one in the bar area (much less crowded than the room at the back) and took a seat. After a while (but the place was full), the same lady 👩🏻‍🦱 came back to me and listed (out loud, as they used to do once) the day's specials; in the end I opted for a plate of homemade gnocchi (in fact very soft) with venison ragù, grilled cheese 🧀 with polenta and cooked fennel as a side dish. To complete the order, I also ordered sparkling water 💧 and a long coffee ☕. Everything was really delicious 😋 (you could feel the quality of the raw materials) and prepared according to the most genuine local tradition. But, as mentioned above, the biggest surprise came when it was time to pay the bill: 18 euros 💶 the total, so definitely honest rates. As I was leaving I noticed several forest rangers (with their vehicles in the parking lot 🅿️) stopping here, a sign that the place is also very popular with members of the police force. OBVIOUSLY I RECOMMEND IT 👍, but there's no need to specify it. 24/09/2024: In the center of Sacile, excellent gastronomy. Small but very nice and tidy environment. What pleasantly surprised me, in addition to the choice of dishes and products in the shop, is the smile and kindness of the owners. We tasted both first and second courses, side dishes, the barbecue ribs and the spit were excellent. Well done!!

06/04/2025: Excellent dishes and wine. Very good carbonara with stravecchio and bacon. It's a shame we weren't able to taste the Marche cuberoll and another cut of meat because they were not available. Next time. Top desserts: the kibble is worth dinner!

27/02/2025: Volevo provare questo posticino da una vita quindi a San Valentino casualmente il mio moroso mi ci ha portata. Il posto è veramente carino e intimo, rustico e informale ma al contempo anche elegante. Il locale era pieno e abbiamo aspettato circa un quarto d’ora solo per ricevere il menu…ho notato che il personale era poco per la quantità di persone che cera…c’era solo 1 persona per gli ordini, 1 che portava il cibo e 1 che si occupava delle bevande. Per una serata così, forse una gestione più strutturata avrebbe migliorato l’esperienza. Passando al menu, l’ho trovato davvero invitante, con un’ampia scelta tra piatti di carne, pesce e opzioni vegetariane. Avrei voluto provare tutto! Alla fine ho optato per una tartare di tonno con avocado come antipasto e, per secondo, un risotto con broccoli, acciughe e formaggio salato. Dopo una buona mezz’ora di attesa, l’antipasto è finalmente arrivato, e devo dire che ha completamente ribaltato il mio umore. Il tonno era freschissimo, si scioglieva in bocca, e l’avocado era condito alla perfezione con una nota di lime che rinfrescava il palato in modo sublime. Ma il vero protagonista della serata è stato il risotto: uno dei migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Cottura perfetta, impiattamento curato e un equilibrio di sapori incredibile. Complimenti davvero! Infine abbiamo preso un dolce ovvero il semifreddo al rum con ganche al cioccolato fondente caldo che ha veramente sancito la fine (in senso positivo) delle mie papille gustative. Prezzi giusti e comunque personale gentile e sorridente. Se riuscissero a migliorare un po’ le tempistiche del servizio, sarebbe davvero il top!

23/03/2025: Excellent pizzeria by the slice and for takeaway, it also has a couple of tables to eat there, friendly, well-prepared, fast and kind staff. The pizza is really excellent, they also have "house pizzas" which differ from the usual pizzas, worth trying.

22/03/2025: Restaurant is quite nice and cozy. Food was extremely good! From appetizer to main course or from dessert to wine… everything was very very tasty! Definitely recommended!
