13/12/2025: This place is perfect for work, the atmosphere is cozy, the music not too loud, and the coffee really good. However, there’s this one waitress that is always kind of rude, doesn’t even look at you, walks away in the middle of your sentence, says no ‘good evening’ or ‘thank you’ and generally makes me feel like I should apologize for coming in and ordering a cup of coffee. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think waiters owe us special treatment, and they get to have a bad day too, but this woman is ALWAYS like this. The masochist in me keeps coming back waiting for some proof that she’s a human being. MUG, please talk to your staff and see why they’re so unhappy.

27/01/2026: A truly excellent pastry shop. We went on a Sunday, and while it was certainly crowded, the quality of the products makes it worth the wait. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the large crowds. Parking, like almost everywhere on Sundays, requires patience. Overall, a positive experience and highly recommended.

05/02/2026: Passing through Udine, we stopped for a quick lunch. The location is unique, the walls reek of history, a step back in time. A kind and smiling young woman greeted us, but she was alone, doing everything she could, but she was running around like a spinning top: one more person would have been preferable, also because, in our opinion, it affects the quality of the service. We opted for the workers' menu: first courses that weren't particularly good, lukewarm, not hot. Then we had two coffees, one of which was a macchiato, and you could taste the milk being reheated several times: undrinkable. We wanted to tell everyone about it when we were about to pay, but the young woman was too busy with all the other things to do, and there were a lot of people waiting to pay: expressing our reservations didn't seem like the right thing to do. Too bad, the place has a lot of potential.

03/03/2026: An intimate and welcoming place, aided by the roaring fireplace that warms the room and the soul. Friendly and attentive staff. I haven't had such a good grilled Florentine steak in a long time...rare, but cooked perfectly, with the bone piping hot. A well-stocked wine list. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks. We'll definitely return and recommend it.
