My family gets takeout pizza from this pizzeria, describing it as very good and easy to digest. Unfortunately, there's no gluten-free option (as far as I remember, it was removed a few years ago), so it's not suitable for celiacs or those with other dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance. It's a shame...there are many people with dietary restrictions, and in Trieste, in general (except for two specific locations), there's a tendency to neglect and treat these types of customers with respect, who are often marginalized, through no fault of their own. So, this pizzeria is very good, but I can't rate it as excellent because I consider it not inclusive.

A disappointing experience, repeated over time, forces me to give a negative review. It's discouraging to give a restaurant multiple chances and each time receive poor service, accompanied by excuses (too many customers, a single pizza chef, lack of staff) instead of solutions. When the pizza is skimpy, small in size, and burned, it's a sign of a lack of quality. I hope you can reorganize yourselves.

Recommended by friends who were right about the pizza, truly excellent, light, and delicious. Fast, friendly service in a location that's remote yet on the road. We'll definitely be back.

Best Pizza in a long time. Well priced with great house wines. Went back a second time just to to confirm. Excellent Pizza but make allowances for the staff as they are after all Italian and nothing should be rushed.

I ordered two pizzas for takeout. They were delicious. Quality ingredients, and the pizza was easy to digest, light, and tasty. Perfectly cooked. You can also eat outside. There are tables outside. The staff was friendly and courteous. Congratulations to Enea and all the staff.

The best pizza of our lives! We've traveled extensively around the world and visited many places in Italy, but the pizzas at Nuovo Forno Savini are in a class of their own. Without exaggeration, it was the best pizza we've ever eaten! Absolute masterful craftsmanship. Another highlight: the best tiramisu in the world! Incredibly creamy and an absolute must for dessert. The service was very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere wonderfully casual and relaxed. A truly comfortable place and an absolute insider tip for anyone looking for an authentic Italian pizzeria away from the tourist crowds. We'll definitely be back!
