09/05/2026: Welcoming place, friendly and unobtrusive staff. The dinner was truly delicious, excellent value. The wait time was average, but obviously, when the place is full, you can't expect more. My only regret was not being able to say hello to the owner, who was busy serving the dining room. This is the only place where I've ever seen the house wine put in a cooler. I'd say it shows great respect for all the products they offer, truly excellent!! We'll definitely be back. Couple's dinner, €131, with an aperitif, two glasses of Trento DOC, water, a shared hot and cold cooked appetizer, tagliolini with pistachio cream, burrata, raw and cooked red shrimp, ravioli alla roccia, an amazing deconstructed cannoli with sheep's milk ricotta (large!!!!!), and two coffees.
