In my opinion, perhaps the best in the city. Aside from the famous tiramisu gelato (truly top-notch!), the selection of flavors is extensive and all delicious. The only drawback is parking, on a difficult street. Definitely worth a try...

Famous for its takeaway tiramisu ice cream (an excellent gift for an invitation), its cakes, and its ice creams to go. The bar service with outdoor seating is also excellent. Highly recommended.

10/01/2026: The beauty of tradition and timeless classicism, in the heart of Trieste... a special coffee, the pride of the city.
28/12/2025: Quaint atmosphere, excellent hot chocolate and capo in B, friendly and attentive service. Seating isn't always available, but it's worth a try. Recommended!!

10/01/2026: We've been coming to the Hotel Helvetia for five years now, and the Cipensoio restaurant is a guarantee. Excellent service and consistently delicious food.
23/11/2025: Truly top-notch dishes, beautifully presented and with an excellent selection of ingredients. The staff is very polite and friendly. This is our second time back and we'll continue to do so.
