05/04/2025: Hard to believe that Google, and a sense of adventure in a new city, could deliver such a good experience so easily. The hosts were kind to strangers, and full of talent in the kitchen. I wish I could return.

Always excellent quality dishes prepared with the simplicity they deserve so as not to alter them! The tartare, which I claim is excellent in every way, always lives up to my expectations! Prepared with the best recipe to enhance the taste and not alter it with excessive spices: it is tasty but not altered! For some time now there have been excellent vegetarian options too! The potatoes, fried at the moment, are fresh and cut by hand! 🔝 difficult to find a place like this in Trieste! The "by the cork" service is also appreciated: you bring the bottle you want and they serve it to you in the best way! What Else? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/03/2025: Uno dei migliori ristoranti di Trieste! Sono molto esigente e devo riconoscere che la materia prima è sempre eccezionale nonché il modo di prepararla e proporla! Piatti sempre di ottima qualità preparati con la semplicità che meritano per non alterarli! La tartara che pretendo sia eccellente in tutto e per tutto è sempre all’altezza delle mie aspettative! Preparata con la ricetta migliore per esaltarne il gusto e non alterarla con eccessive spezie:è gustosa ma non alterata! Da qualche tempo ottime proposte anche vegetariane! Le patate,fritte al momento, sono fresche e tagliate a mano! 🔝 difficile trovare un locale del genere a Trieste! 22/03/2025: The farmhouse is beautiful, rustic and with an ancient soul. Good cuisine with local and seasonal dishes and flavours, all supported by kind and knowledgeable staff. What can I say, definitely recommended.

08/03/2025: Came to this place on two occasions for dinner and on both occasions both the service and the food were excellent. I have never used rooms in this facility so I refrain from judging them. For the rest, everything perfect.

13/04/2025: Visited today with my wife, well a rice with wild silene and prawn tails from starred cuisine, I have never eaten such a well made and balanced dish, an explosion of flavours. Really super recommended place. In a word, exceptional.

29/01/2025: One of the most welcoming bars in Trieste. Excellent café and pastry shop, the aperitifs are also good and are always accompanied by tasty appetizers. Suitable for both a quick coffee and a hot tea with good music in the background. The kindness of the owners is an added value.

03/11/2024: What a beautiful place, travelling back to Germany we done a short stop at Malga Tratten enjoying the sunny weather and the amazing view. Tasted the homemade cheese and bought some to enjoy at home. They also offer warm food. Next time we will come again. I recommend to visit this place.
