04/08/2025: The hotel is well located, pleasant, and quiet. The pool is a little cold but refreshing in this heat. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bedding is comfortable and the rooms well-appointed. We had a great family stay. The breakfast is comprehensive and there's plenty to choose from.

12/08/2025: In these changing times, I'm sorry, but air conditioning should be almost mandatory, at least since we're here, turning on the ceiling fans would be appreciated... And maybe some sweetener, too. Well, there's always room for improvement.

17/07/2025: Excellent!!! Top quality, everything always fresh. The best prices in town for the quality they offer. The service, both in the restaurant and at home, is impeccable. We've been customers for years and have never had a problem. Today, they forgot to put the dessert (1 mochi). They called immediately to apologize and sent a delivery man with the dessert and even an extra free beer. It arrived 3 minutes after the first delivery man, and I was speechless. A truly appreciated gesture. Highly recommended, especially for the quality, I want to emphasize that.

14/05/2025: An oasis of peace and well-being with a spa, sauna and Turkish bath, all very well-kept. The relaxation area is a gem with a breathtaking view. Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and attention to detail that makes the difference. Recommended for a regenerating break.

16/08/2025: Discovered it at a communion lunch, and I must say it was a great discovery. Excellent service. The restaurant was beautiful. We tried several dishes as the menu was varied. I must say it was very good and carefully prepared. The meat was excellent! I was particularly curious about one thing: I'd heard about the smoked mash they make. Wow, it's amazing! We'll definitely be back to enjoy it! Highly recommended!!

22/07/2025: The outdoor tables are on the sidewalk of a downtown street, which unfortunately gets very busy, so you can't expect a quiet outdoor setting, but they've still created a very welcoming and tidy space. The service is impeccable, and the food is excellent. Everything was beyond perfect. I have no idea of the prices because I was staying with a friend. But I'll definitely be back.

08/08/2025: Maybe there's even the moon! You know that feeling of satisfaction, which we feel even without any particular reason to be? Well, at Balotarie, it's a bit like this: you feel a profound satisfaction, but here there are reasons. Oh, and how. You arrive via the beautiful roads of Friuli, with their green and harmonious landscapes, and after passing through the village of Loneriacco, you park comfortably at the top of the hill. From there, an enchanting slice of Friuli caresses your gaze, from the mountains to the hills, to the glimpses of the plains. And then the sky, vast. You'd be full by now, but you also know there's room for good things. And the good things arrive, one after another, between appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, and dessert. And they surprise you with their simplicity and goodness, flavors and colors. Without distinction. The already extensive menu is always enriched with daily specials and wines to accompany and enhance the pleasures of the palate. A spacious and welcoming outdoor patio, enlivened by the sounds of voices and the clatter of dishes and glasses in the summer. And everything is complemented by the courtesy and friendliness of the wait staff, Natalia and her colleagues, attentive to guests and ready to intervene promptly but without being intrusive, like the owner who, when it's time to get the bill, a pleasant ritual, delights guests with a grappa or a bitter and pleasant companionship. When you go there, look at the sky. Maybe there's even the moon!

08/08/2025: We had dinner here last night, returning to the Balotarie after several years. We found the atmosphere very relaxing, the food delicious, and the waiters and owner were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
