My group went on a private tour with Marco. Marco went into the details of the making of balsamic, showed us around his facility, and gave us samples at the end. Not only was the tour insightful, it opened my eyes to what a good balsamic should taste like.

We discovered Mr. Picci's vinegar factory by chance and decided to take a guided tour with a tasting. We were pleasantly surprised by the owner's passion and professionalism, as well as the exceptional quality of the products. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

13/05/2026: Spectacular bakery. Delicious bread. Excellent erbazzone, various types of pizza, and gnocchi. The focaccia is also superb. Special mention goes to the pasta dishes. For me, the cream-filled ones are the best. They're friendly and very kind.
