15/03/2026: I visited Da Massimo restaurant in Cesenatico, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fish, despite expectations, was rather bland and lacking any particular flavor. Making matters worse was the music blasting so loud it was impossible to communicate with the person sitting across from me. The table layout also leaves much to be desired: they're so close together that every time a waiter passes by, they inevitably brush against you or bump into you. Overall, the atmosphere is uncomfortable, and the quality doesn't justify the restaurant's reputation.

Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch. I will be back, and I will soon!

30/09/2025: This restaurant is located along the promenade leading to the Cesenatico beach. The interior is very beautiful. We had lunch outside, enjoying the view. The fried fish and seafood spaghetti with lobster, crab, shrimp, and mussels were delicious. Recommended.

09/03/2026: This historic restaurant located on the Cesenatico seafront is an institution for fine seafood. I particularly appreciated the all-you-can-eat menu, offered weekly during the winter, for the convenience of being able to sample and savor multiple dishes in one dinner (all accompanied, of course, by an excellent glass of wine). If you're passing through Cesenatico, you can't miss it. Highly recommended 🍽️

07/03/2026: We went here for lunch; the location was nothing special. The menu itself was quite simple, offering typical seafood dishes. We opted for the tasting menus, and the first courses, in particular, had embarrassingly large portions. I fully understand the tasting menu philosophy, but they were too meager in my opinion. The fish was fairly fresh, but there was no wow factor, even in terms of flavor. I did, however, really appreciate the crispy, dry fried fish. The service was neither attentive nor precise. I believe that the staff is a restaurant's calling card, and that small touches in the restaurant business make a difference.

20/11/2025: Truly exquisite dishes, incredibly fresh fish, and a well-stocked wine cellar with a vast selection of wines from all regions and even abroad. Excellent presentation and service. I recommend trying it, especially for the fantastic raw fish.

04/02/2026: Found by chance, it was a real surprise! The piadina was delicious, and the two wonderful owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The crescione with sausage and mashed potatoes and pumpkin was out of this world! Definitely worth a try!
