27/11/2025: The atmosphere is homey and very welcoming, the service is very friendly, and the food is excellent. I had the rustic potato gnocchi, delicate and very flavorful, and my husband had pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage, mixed grill, and baked potatoes, which we then ate together. Halfway through the meal, the chef came into the dining room to make sure everything was fine. I've rarely seen chefs look out over customers, and I really appreciate it, but above all, I'm happy to compliment them on the passion you can feel in their dishes. Once we left the restaurant, we exchanged a few words with the chef about the authenticity of the dishes and the deliciousness they convey to the palate. A restaurant worth a stop. 26/04/2026: We certainly aren't the ones to judge the professionalism of this historic bar. The only time we visited, the bartender seemed annoyed by my wife's request to use the bathroom, but aside from that, which may have been our impression, the bathroom certainly didn't seem to be the bar's flagship. A squat toilet, narrow, uncomfortable for anyone, let alone a woman, so much so that my wife gave up and avoided using it. In 2026, seeing squat toilets in bar bathrooms is sad to say the least.

I had read some positive reviews but the dinner exceeded all expectations... traditional dishes but with the addition of new and very successful ingredients... perfect welcome and a very warm and pleasant atmosphere... justified quality/price ratio... we will return

12/11/2025: We went there tonight for my birthday. Honestly, it was a surprise. I thought it was just a typical Romagna Osteria, without taking anything away from it. But the dishes, which are delicious, are experimental, like the bitter cocoa in the tagliatelle with venison ragù or the pear jelly in the speck cappelletti. The main courses were melt-in-your-mouth Picanha and delicious rabbit. I may not be a connoisseur, but you can taste the quality of the ingredients. I also really appreciated the waiter's service. The price might seem a bit steep, but I believe that if you eat well, you don't have to worry about how much you spend. However, for what we ate, it seemed fair. Thanks for the evening.

07/02/2026: Sunday III - VII - MMXVI My review 📝 is definitely positive 👍. I stopped here for gelato 🍦 before visiting the city fortress 🏰, and was absolutely satisfied. I opted for a small cone with the "almond milk" and "cassata" flavors, a true Sicilian pairing. The gelato was truly creamy and delicious (not to mention that I'd never tried the "almond milk" flavor before), with prices that were all in all reasonable. The girl 👩🏻 who served me was kind and smiling 😀. Truly one of the best gelatos I've ever tasted 👌🏻. Sunday XVIII - I - MMXXVI I returned again more recently, this time with friends, for a coffee ☕️ (ginseng in my case) in the early afternoon of a mild Sunday in mid-January. Arriving there at 4:30 pm 🕟 after visiting the nearby thermal park 🌳, we ordered a ginseng and an espresso ☕️ and sat down at an open table. From here, I enjoyed the typically 80s style of the decor, which I always like to find in bars. This time too, everything was fine. Hilarious 😆 then the scene of the two old men 🧓🏻👴🏻 who were enjoying the "Apennine derby" ⚽️ (Bologna 🔴🔵-Fiorentina🟣, with the guests temporarily leading by two goals) in front of the big screen 🖥 without having ordered anything, despite a notice 📄 informing us that "Drinks are mandatory to watch the matches". The guy 🧑🏻 at the cashier was friendly. We liked it, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍🏻. 07/02/2026: We stopped at this bar just to buy some still water (we were literally dying of thirst). The gentleman at the counter was kind, and the prices were average, I'd say. The location is central and strategic, right between the two towns ("Roman" and "Florentine"). 18/11/2025: Excellent quality food, we had lunch on Monday, we had the excellent grill, the service was welcoming, everything was perfect and the prices were reasonable.

17/11/2025: A few days ago I had lunch with friends and we enjoyed the excellent food: some enjoyed the fresh and well-cooked fish; others chose the meat menu, which was truly delicious. Service was prompt, and the atmosphere was familiar, very quiet, and elegant; the waitress was very kind and helpful. Prices were reasonable. We'll be back soon. Thank you all. Recommended.

24/12/2025: We ate lunch for two. The food was very poor; the appetizers were salty and not very fresh. The pasta for the first course was overcooked and the seafood was raw. I hate to say it, but it ruined my day, and we even paid too much in my opinion. Not recommended.
