26/03/2024: Typical stone restaurant in the mountains. Friendly and fast staff. Typical home cooking with homemade pasta, mushrooms and truffles. A bit noisy place, but it was full on Sunday lunch.....excellent value for money!
17/03/2024: We returned on Saturday 16 March 2024 to the La Vera Romagna Restaurant in Biserno with some friends of mine. I had a great meal and the waitresses were very nice

04/03/2024: It's an old-fashioned restaurant where you have lunch starting at midday, it feels like you're at home, you feel the familiarity without sophistry!
Then small cappelletti, tortellini too, the meat cooked well, nothing special, but homemade and done well.
It's all very simple and I really like it
03/03/2024: I ordered a grilled meat and it was overcooked and tough, it seemed more reheated than freshly made, the side dish was passable and the only positive thing was the tiramisu

17/02/2024: Typical homemade cuisine, excellent appetizers with cured meats and croutons, the sensational tagliatelle with meat sauce, the simple donut reminded me of my grandmother's, generous dishes.
I will definitely return.

10/03/2024: Seldom was a recommendation by my friends more welcome! "Il Mattarello" appears to be a showcase of everything delicious Romagna has to offer from the oven and the cooking fire.
We limited ourselves to buying food to take away, but you can also have your plate of pasta or the filled type of piadina which is called "crescione" on the premises. Another speciality is the so-called "tortello alla lastra", two square layers of dough with a filling in between, which is typical of the Santa Sofia area, located in the heart of the northern Apennines, between Florence and Forlì.
Their various types of filled pasta, both on the spot and to take away (and to cook at home) is more food to die for.
Also, the staff (who are the owners of the place) are a delight to have a chat with, and they are very keen to explain all the details regarding each type of preparation.

09/01/2024: Pranzo domenicale con la famiglia. Si mangia quello che esce dalla cucina e quello che esce è ottimo e abbondante. Impareggiabili gli spaghettoni alla rapa rossa, ottima la polenta (appena macinata) col ragù e pure i tortelloni. Arrosti misti di anatra, faraona e maialino cotti al punto giusto con contorni di verdure di stagione. Dolce e caffè per chiudere. Ci è stato offerto un amaro al quale abbiamo rinunciato per non alzare il tasso etilico (già bastava il vino trovato sulla tavola). Una carezza il trattamento riservato alla nostra principessa (Viola) ; che cosa aggiungere a una domenica fantastica: nulla non ci è mancato nulla. Bravi.Torneremo.
04/01/2024: Frequento da anni questo posto che non saprei con quale aggettivo definire. Sia in famiglia che insieme agli amici. Ogni piatto ha la sua storia e il suo perché . Lorenzina e Nicola ti fanno sentire sempre a casa. Il mio posto preferito!! Provatelo

10/03/2024: Really great lunch! We had an appetizer with fried bread, two delicious first courses served in a saucepan, baked vegetables and apple pie!! The location is wonderful, truly bucolic with dogs, cats, carpets and a delightful little pig!
05/11/2023: A mishap with the car introduced us to this very nice and friendly family, who fed us at 4pm without batting an eyelid, with a home-made menu based on high-quality local specialties at the right price. We will definitely return

15/08/2023: Truly poor quality food, looking inside the kitchen we could glimpse the jar of Barilla ragù that they served us, the place is particularly beautiful and has an ancient feel in the good sense (I didn't stay overnight, I just ate), the staff who run the place are really nice, kind and helpful and that's why I'm sorry to present such a negative review, unfortunately the food was really difficult to eat and I'm pretty sure that all the positive reviews are fake
Reply to the owner's message: the jar was clearly new and the label was still completely glued without imperfections, so it is really unlikely that you ran out of all the Barilla sauce (where did you use it?) and replaced it with "your sauce" (since the label was still intact you didn't even wash the jar, so you wouldn't have followed the hygiene rules), then in reality we ordered takeaway so you can't know if I ate the whole order or not, for the precision on 5 portions of tagliatelle ordered, approximately 3 portions ended up in the bin, inedible

01/04/2024: Cozy mountain restaurant/inn, it feels like entering a friend's house. This is no place for jocks or fashionistas. Here time has stopped.
The owner is very kind and nice. There are cats, a wood stove, the place has a long history behind it as evidenced by the numerous photographs from the 40s/50s/60s hanging on the walls. The room has everything you need and is clean. The breakfast was plentiful, as was the dinner. Fair price. Suitable for neither difficult nor pretentious people accustomed to the "luxury" of cities

Going during the week you can enjoy the room with old family photos and a view of the mountains

Location molto originale, si vede che fanon anche spettacoli musicali.
Abbiamo preso un antipasto, due primi, un secondo, un dolce, acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Il tutto a 70 €.
Mangiato bene e speso il giusto.
Lo staff è stato molto carino e disponibile anche nel consigliarci il vino.

23/10/2023: Location originalissima, personale super gentile e ottimo cibo. Il menù presenta poche pietanze ma fatte con materie prime di alta qualità. Consiglio questo ristorante a tutti quelli che visitano S. Sofia.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

03/12/2023: Di passaggio pe raggiungere Santa Sofia, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante/baita. Gestito da una coppia giovane, è più che altro un rifugio di montagna molto frequentato dai motociclisti. Tagliatelle fatte in casa, ben condite. Salamelle alla brace buone ma un pò asciutte. Divertenti e buone le patate fritte variopinte. Prezzo sopra la media. Capisco che è un rifugio, ma è ben accessibile e quindi i prezzi dovrebbero essere inferiori più da trattoria che da ristorante.
10/10/2023: Piccolo locale in Campigna sul Passo della Calla; pranzato all'aperto con ottimo cibo, buoni gli antipasti ed anche i primi piatti fatti in casa. Ottima scoperta. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ristorante Il Molino di Camillini Franca

03/11/2023: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo tanto tempo e ahimè, l abbiamo trovato molto peggiorato. Buoni i crostini anche se con varietà minima, buonissimi i primi e davvero deludenti i secondi. La grigliata è composta da pochissimi pezzi di scarsa qualità e la tagliata era davvero scarsa. Come dolci abbiamo trovato buoni solo i biscotti perché il semifreddo ed i sorbetti erano congelati e senza sapore. Oltre tutto ciò i prezzi sono aumentati tantissimo quindi, valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo, per noi è sicuramente un ristorante in cui no tornare. Peccato

Per chiudere il quadro, il proprietario anziché trovare una soluzione si comporta da sgarbato presuntuoso.
