The restaurant has a beautiful, rustic and elegant appearance that welcomes with warmth and without arrogance. We had the pleasure of dining in the basement, intimate and decorated with an exposed brick ceiling. We opted for pizza, I had cheese and chicory, she had Lele, with raw buffalo mozzarella and vinegar. Nothing to say, the pizzas are delicious and don't remain heavy, in mine perhaps the goat cheese could have been more aggressive, gorgonzola and smoked ricotta reigned over the flavours. We continued with dessert (divided into 2) and bitters, kindly described at the table by the bartender who took the trouble to let us know what he could offer us. Having said that, everything was perfect, everyone was happy and content. The bill is quite high, you will judge, in my opinion a little expensive for what was ordered.

If you are looking for a really good pizza, with fresh and seasonal products, this is definitely the right place. I would dare say the best in the entire area between Cesena and Rimini. Starting from the dough and arriving at the excellent combinations proposed, you will hardly leave pieces of crust on your plate. Excellent experience, definitely worth trying the cuisine too

In the heart of Savignano sul Rubicone, it is probably the best restaurant in the area. It is possible to enjoy excellent pasta first courses, as well as very tender meat.
The menu I opted for was the following:

- cappelletti with parmesan fondue and roasted sauce

- braised with pumpkin puree and black cabbage chips

The environment is informal and welcoming and the staff is young and very professional.

It was the first time we tried this place and we were very satisfied.
Welcoming and approachable staff, clean place, but above all really good food.
The pizzas (both classic and more particular gourmet flavours) are super digestible with many hours of leavening and unrefined flours.
High quality ingredients which also confirm the goodness of the other dishes offered.
The passatelli cheese, pepper, lemon, crispy bacon and cabbage are exceptional.
Prices appropriate to the quality of the dishes.

Innanzitutto complimenti per il menu: io, mia moglie e i nostri amici ci saremmo mangiati tutto! E complimenti anche per il fuori menù che ci ha invogliato ulteriormente!
Molto sfiziose le polpette di lesso fritte (fuori menu) e la piada con squacquerone e fichi caramellati, eccezionale il carciofo, ottimo il filetto di maiale. Buonissimi i cappelletti in brodo. Di ciò che ho assaggiato (anche solo un cucchiaio o una forchettata) ciò che mi ha colpito di meno sono state le tagliatelle al ragù, più delicate che saporite anche se ho apprezzato che non fossero per nulla le solite tagliatelle romagnole unte.
Prezzo equilibrato: 7 coperti, 4 antipasti, 5 primi, 2 secondi, 3 dolci, 2 caffè, 1 ottimo sangiovese nicolucci, 3 acque per 197 euro.

Locale carino anche se i tavoli sono un pò piccoli e molto vicini. Pizza veramente al top con materie prime di grande qualità e un impasto fantastico. Dolci parimenti ottimi. Gentilezza e velocità nel servizio. Buona scelta di birre artigianali e una bella cantina con bottiglie non banali. Forse il conto un pelino alto. Ritornerò sicuramente.
