02/04/2024: Piadineria with a large menu including watercress and rolls... Truly spoiled for choice. Both the piadina and the cured meats used are very good. Possibility to eat there with tables also outside. Friendly and fast service.

07/04/2024: They booked our table for 12pm because they differentiate arrivals so as not to clog up the kitchen. In fact they were very fast in service....super delicious food, very generous portions, friendly staff in a nice place. 8 of us ate: paccheri with prawns, strozzapreti with seafood, passatelli with the scent of the sea, pappardelle with spelled with Taggiasca olives and flakes of ricotta, mixed fried food, French fries, dessert with Chantilly cream and strawberries. Super recommended

04/03/2024: I've been to this place several times, I've tried practically every dish on the menu and off-menu seasonal items, and it has now become the place we go to every time we need to refresh ourselves a bit. Family atmosphere, quiet and welcoming, suitable for those who are not in a hurry and want to spend an evening without too many worries. The food is excellent, all handmade and freshly made, which sometimes requires long waiting times due to cooking, but the quality is evident. As a Tuscan I can without a doubt say that if I want to eat meat as God commands, I have to come here! The maturation and cooking are perfect, without obviously talking about the quality/price ratio, unbeatable in the area. The desserts are the icing on the cake, all handmade directly by the owner. In short... what else can I say... I recommend it!

04/03/2024: I feel somewhat embarrassed in having to express an opinion contrary to the vast majority of reviewers. First opportunity to visit Grillo, deliberate choice of simple dishes, three first courses, including the classic "Tagliatella al ragù", mixed grill and side dishes. I don't want to evaluate the dishes as such, but to highlight the value for money which I believe overall is not "in line". I ate a lot of "Tagliatelle al ragù" even much more expensive than the €12.00 paid for the one consumed and leaving aside that it was also a little over cooked, honestly in my/our opinion they are not worth the expense. The same goes for the mixed grilled meat (served in 3 different varieties) a little dry and also small in portion (but this is subjective). So considering the informal Osteria environment, served on a straw paper placemat and paper napkin with attached place setting from €2.50 well..... Of course, a manager is completely free to charge the prices he deems appropriate and then it's up to everyone to decide whether the cost for a dish is justified or not. Perhaps in this case (but unfortunately like many others) the philosophy of the Osteria is not actually present. I highlight the service of the waiters: friendly, prepared and present, in any case the informality should be noted; the waiter was dressed in a sweatshirt and tracksuit. Maybe we caught the evening NO, it fits, but we will be back for other dishes.

18/03/2024: Very nice place, given the beautiful day we ate outside...excellent food. .. we took the trio of piadinas which were delicious!!!!! The strozzapreti with ragù and the ravioli with Fossa cheese are also excellent. The pasta is homemade and you can taste it, it's spectacular!!!! The desserts are also very good..... Congratulations, we will definitely return next time we come to Cesenatico

The dishes are well prepared and measured, good appetizer, good first course, well-crafted and well-plated desserts, according to those who have eaten, mixed opinions but none bad. I don't care about the price... but I left hungry. Personally I have slightly larger dishes, or slightly lower prices... to stay on average. We are talking about little, but Cesenatico is a beautiful square, there are many restaurants. I forgot, 10 to the very nice and friendly staff and owner, with the spirit of the true Romagna ...

24/03/2024: I return to Saluma, with my wife, after a happy experience a few months ago. Same situation: Saturday lunch. Apparently nothing has changed: 'tailor-made' place, delicate and comfortable, discreet service. But things are no longer as they were a few months ago. The starter courses are completely anonymous, devoid of personality, if we exclude the final course, a nice plate of baked razor clams, really good. I noticed that, compared to a few months ago, the quality of the oil has worsened a lot: in a (rightly) simple fish cuisine like that of Saluma, the quality of the oil is fundamental. Once the appetizers are finished, with a sense of disappointment, a first course arrives - as usual. One and only one, in a tasting menu like the one that Saluma offers, is fine, and that's fine: but it is an unthinkable "risotto". It has a vague flavor of the sea, but there are no traceable traces of fish, nor of molluscs, nor of crustaceans: what emerges, in an overly accentuated wave, are strips of vegetables, ribs and beets, and a vague taste of sea. It's not inedible, but I certainly won't drive two hours (we came to Saluma da Correggio) to eat a risotto like that. But it's not over: when it's time to pay the bill I ask what that risotto was. The answer was the most embarrassing thing of the day: "There were supposed to be clams, but since there was a person allergic to clams we only used the clam water, then there was a ragout of baby octopus and strips of vegetables." I am stunned, and I notice that there was no trace of the octopus ragout. The answer makes the situation worse: "You know, they wear out during cooking." Are octopus eaten while cooking? and since when?. And then: in the whole restaurant there is a person allergic to clams (and the question would be: what did they do to eat fish?), and you, instead of cooking separately for that person, offer them to the whole customers a risotto like this? There are no words. After the risotto, the waiter asks: "Do you also want fried food?". What, do you "also" want fried food? This is why we are here, the tasting menu (until now disappointing) includes it, of course we want it. It wasn't a happy ending: the fried food was poor, anonymous, sad, sloppy, poorly presented. We would have gladly paid the bill of 120 euros (including wines) if we had been treated differently. An injury? No, something has changed, and the explanations about risotto are offensive. Saluma has closed for us.

03/04/2024: I'm from Cesenatico and I know many places but here near home I didn't expect to find such good and gourmet pizzas. Accustomed to always having ham and mushrooms, here I trusted the waiter and ordered the "mortazza" pizza (mortadella, pistachios, gorgonzola and much more), wow, how good!! A truly special mouth-watering pizza (which I don't have!!) I will definitely be back to enjoy another specialty and another dessert!

16/11/2023: You can eat very well without spending much, super abundant dishes and fresh fish!! A bit of a queue to order! It is advisable for managers to indicate the point where ready meals can be collected. It's self-service, you order and then they call you with your number.

28/09/2023: Excellent self-service restaurant. The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are very fair. I recommend arriving early as it fills up very quickly.
