Grilled steak, Florentine steak, lamb, rabbit, everything is top notch!!!!! Fast service and very kind waiters, excellent value for money. What can I say... everything perfect!!!!!! It's not easy to find this quality these days!!!!! Congratulations to Renzo Bagnolini for the beautiful experience he's created in a challenging area!!!!!❤️
01/03/2026: It's hard to eat badly in Romagna, but in the hills of Romagna there's a farmhouse that represents "excellence." The hospitality is the best a Romagna native can offer. The first sensation is that of feeling at home. But let's talk about the menu. Starting with the appetizers (local cured meats and giardiniera), continuing with the first courses and finally the second courses... they are simply fantastic. Signora Maria's rabbit, if you'll pardon the expression... is "orgasmic" 🙈... try it and believe it, and finally the desserts accompanied by a digestif. Warm and friendly service. Last but not least... the excellent quality/price ratio.

23/11/2025: A historic restaurant at the foot of Sogliano al Rubicone, nestled in the tranquil hills of Romagna. A cuisine that cherishes tradition and, over the years, has never lost its most authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday. The finale is sweet and comforting: homemade mascarpone and tiramisu, perfect for a Sunday lunch. Service is fast and precise, with friendly and attentive waiters. The wine list is basic but adequate, enough to choose and enjoy excellent local Sangiovese wines.

23/12/2025: The restaurant is very close to the highway and is open daily until 11:30 p.m. The service is good, and the wait times are short. The appetizers are average. The restroom smells bad, hence the one-point deduction.
09/12/2025: Simple but welcoming atmosphere. I come here every time I pass by. The piedine are special. I recommend the crescione, especially the porcini mushrooms, fontina, and prosciutto—delicious! The first courses are also very good! The service is quick and courteous.

25/04/2026: I stopped at Motore. The food was amazing! I had divine homemade tagliatelle with hare and incredibly tender and flavorful rabbit. Authentic flavors and excellent quality. Highly recommended!
30/03/2026: ...I had a wonderful lunch! I stopped there by chance with my daughter. It couldn't have gone better. Lunch included: Trio of first courses: Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms; Tagliatelle with hare ragù; Ravioli with fossa cheese; Second course: Shank with chestnuts and baked potatoes; Excellent piadina; Sangiovese Superiore Principe di Ribano Spalletti; Coca-Cola; Mineral water. For the welcome, the simple service, and above all, the quality of the product, I highly recommend it. I will be back. I've been there many times before and have always had excellent lunches, including yesterday, but if I have to make a small observation about this lunch, I found the second courses too much bay leaves, even the grilled meat, which needs rosemary, just like the French fries. I once again compliment the kitchen for the quality of the food and the staff. I continue to recommend it.

10/05/2026: The atmosphere is very rustic, like it used to be. There are pros and cons. The pros are the food: good giardiniera (homemade) and cured meats, excellent ravioli with fossa cheese, and the mixed grill was well-cooked and of high quality (everything except the sausage, in my opinion). Another compliment to the grill master, who knows his job well. I didn't like the crostini, however, nor the tagliatelle with ragù; the piadina and roast potatoes were disappointing, and I definitely didn't like the house wine, which in my opinion was undrinkable. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, because you can go home without fear of being tested. Among the negatives is the wait time: we arrived around 7:20 PM and by 9 PM we still hadn't finished, which for an appetizer, two first courses, and a grilled dish seems a bit long, especially if you arrive first, like us, and the place isn't particularly crowded, at least not at the beginning. What's truly exceptional, however, is the price. For an appetizer of cured meats, pickled vegetables, and crostini (very generous), a tagliatelle with ragu, a ravioli with fossa cheese (both generous), a mixed grill with mutton (regular), potatoes, water, and 1/2 liter of house wine, we spent less than 50 euros for two. You'd almost spend more if you stayed home to eat. So, in conclusion, if you're looking for a simple, very simple place to eat simple Romagna cuisine, with some dishes (most, though not all) that are decidedly good and tasty, and above all, if you want to spend very little or next to nothing, as long as you're not in a hurry, this is the place for you. In fact, I personally recommend it.

09/11/2025: This family-run restaurant boasts excellent service, friendly, and courteous staff, fast service, and the option of a combo menu at a fairly reasonable price. (Photo) We went during our lunch break, so we were short on time. We pre-ordered, and when we arrived, the service was prompt. I liked the table setting with a placemat, the fresh bread, and various condiments. The table was neat and clean, and the atmosphere was also clean. We chose a menu combo of a first course, second course, side dish, and drink for €11, or a second course, side dish, and drink for €9. The quality of the food could be improved. Unfortunately, my veal with tuna sauce wasn't very good, and the fries were a little soft; perhaps they were reheated. I don't know, I didn't ask. So, it's recommended for lunch if you don't have any special requirements. However, if you're looking for flavor, this might not be the restaurant for you.
30/10/2025: Terrible, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come and get a table. No one came and I left!
