17/05/2026: We went to this restaurant this weekend and had some very fresh seafood appetizers. The next evening we returned and had the seafood pizza. This too was delicious and light. Laura, who runs the restaurant, was very friendly, as was all the staff (Penelope was lovely and helpful 😊). Well done! Keep it up! We'll definitely be back in July!

02/06/2026: The piadinas are very good, and everything is fresh. I'm a fan of the crescione with herbs and mozzarella, and it didn't disappoint at all. Plenty of indoor seating and ample parking.
Plus, in the evenings, there are games nearby for the kids to let off steam. Highly recommended!
31/05/2026: We're back after 25 years, Bicio and Vale have exactly the same energy as back then, it seems like no time has passed! Incredible quality! Piade and Crescioni with taste is quality! The little kiosk has become more spacious and modern, but Bicio and Vale, their humanity, always make it a special and welcoming place! A guarantee! You can't miss it! ☺️🤤 thank you Bicio and Vale! It was truly wonderful to find you with the same passion and love for your work, that makes the difference!

I traveled alone but I never felt the burden of being alone. 🥰 All the staff were helpful and attentive to everything, which is no small thing. 17/07/2026: Excellent cuisine, generous dishes to satisfy any hunger pangs, extremely kind and friendly staff, the bar is open 24 hours a day for those leaving at dawn with a delicious breakfast, and a large parking lot where you can always find a spot to stop for the night.

26/07/2026: We wanted to have lunch here at 12:57 pm. We wanted a table for four, but the lady who greeted us said there would be something available at 1 pm. However, she added that in three minutes the situation would be no different than before. I had the feeling she was just trying to get rid of us because we were tourists.
05/07/2026: The atmosphere is very simple, yet distinctive, reflecting the local country style, yet clean and tidy. Service is prompt and accurate. Generous portions are served directly from the pan. The first courses are truly excellent, both the pasta and the sauces and toppings. The tagliatelle and gnocchi are definitely worth trying. The cockerel is also very good.

We dined at this pizzeria on Sunday evening, June 14, 2026, and the experience was truly enjoyable in every way.
The pizza: Really good, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection.
The service: Super friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff.
The bill: The price was more than fair, offering excellent value.
A great find in San Mauro a Mare. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
15/06/2026: Extremely dissatisfied with the service. First of all, we weren't told at all what we'd get in the cold appetizer (brought to the table after 15 minutes), which ended up filling two of the three people at the table.
Then we waited 25 minutes for incredibly salty mussels and traditional tagliatelle with ragù (peeled tomatoes that tasted like they were put raw on the pasta along with minced sausage).
Completely disappointed, and I personally think the very refined atmosphere is a great way to lure people into spending $40 a person for poorly prepared dishes delivered late.
Highly not recommended.
Change the chef.

19/12/2025: I pass by this place every now and then.
I think it's changed management. The pizza is very similar to the past, well-leavened and easy to digest, with just enough toppings (but that's always been the case). But something may have changed; I waited almost 30 minutes past my reservation time to get my order, despite the place being empty. Maybe they still need to get into the swing of things...
04/11/2025: Pizzeria al taglio al centro di San Mauro Pascoli, la migliore della zona, Possibilità di poter ordinare anche la classica tonda, inoltre preparano dei sandwich con impasto della pizza veramente ottimi, i gestori poi sono gentilissimi e cordiali. Pizzeria al taglio straconsigliata.
