11/09/2025: The menu is extensive, and from pizza to burgers to meats, the common thread remains the top-quality ingredients. The pizzas are excellent, both in terms of dough and toppings, the burgers succulent (the fried chicken is fantastic), and for meat lovers, there are truly interesting options that are hard to find in the area, with aging and cooking techniques that require mastery. Honestly, their Florentine steaks are truly worth trying because you don't often see such aging, and it really hits the spot. They also offer a selection of refined products for those looking for a special dinner (like wagyu). The comfortable and informal atmosphere makes you feel at home, making it perfect for both a cozy dinner and a get-together with friends. The selection of alcoholic beverages is excellent, and an honorable mention goes to the artisanal gelato they offer, also one of the best in the area. The service is friendly and always courteous, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant. For us it has become a regular stop both in the summer when it's great to dine outside and in the winter when we love sitting on their pub-style sofas for a relaxing dinner.

01/06/2026: At the recommendation of friends living in Cento, we visited this lovely wine bar to enjoy some typical Emilian dishes, especially the diced crescentine, tortelloni, and Petroniana: everything was truly excellent! The only drawback, which doesn't detract from the 5-star rating in the slightest, was the temporary unavailability of ice for the Pignoletto white wine. Highly recommended for its central location, service, wine cellar, and menu!

11/05/2026: The passatelli in broth were adequate: not as traditional as you couldn't taste the nutmeg and the Parmesan was really scarce. The tagliatelle with rabbit ragù was quite satisfying, but the ragù didn't seem to be the best. It would probably have been better to stick with the cold cuts... Best wishes

03/05/2026: With a group of friends, I had the pleasure of staying one night at Locanda Ferrari in Goro, enjoying dinner and breakfast. Great hospitality, very friendly staff, large, clean, well-furnished and equipped rooms, and very quiet. The à la carte dinner was mouth-watering. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All in all, a pleasant surprise in an excellent location for exploring the Po Delta area, both by bike and by boat. Parking is available for guests.

13/02/2026: With a view of the Estense Castle, we stopped to taste one of the house platters. If memory serves, it was the "Palazzo Schifanoia": Parma ham, truffle mortadella, Piacenza Coppa DOP, Ferrarese Zia PGI, and pink salami. All washed down with a quarter of wine and a mix of piadas—classic, with wine, and pumpkin. Sitting there, with the silhouette of the Castle as a backdrop and the discreet hustle and bustle of the square, time seemed to slow down, suspended between bites and sips. Almost naturally, we moved on from the platter to share a first course: tagliatelle with white ragù, ordered more out of greed than hunger. Everything was perfect. A bitter, and then we were off, ready to clock up more miles.

The gelato is artisanal, incredibly creamy, and you can taste the top-quality ingredients (the pistachio and fruit flavors are exceptional!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a must-visit on every stroll through the city center. Highly recommended!

17/04/2026: Historic gelateria in the heart of Ferrara, just steps from the Estense Castle. The variety of flavors is interesting, ranging from creamy to fruity. Prices are moderate, and service is quick. Pictured are two flavors: orange, chili pepper, and pear, ginger. Highly recommended.

08/05/2026: Porto Garibaldi is a hub of restaurants. Some stand out for their location or aesthetics, others are simply noticed by strolling along the seafront. Among these is the Roma restaurant, which appears to be just one of many. In reality, once inside, we notice a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment. We sit at a table near the beach and begin ordering. All the dishes are excellent and served in generous portions. The standout dish is undoubtedly the slightly spicy risotto, with fish simmered in a typical local broth. A delight to savor, keeping in mind that a single portion, given the size, easily serves two people. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to their guests' needs.

A vintage atmosphere, knowledgeable and helpful staff, excellent dishes, quality wines with a special focus on Friulians, and the option to eat outside. We ordered a Roma appetizer, two risottos, a half-portion of fried fish, a bottle of Friulano, sorbets, and more for €55 each. Very satisfied.
