The ice cream is nothing to say very good, but the service is good. I went in for some ice cream/drinks, I wasn't able to say the whole order because the girl immediately told me the bill, I told her the other things to get and the bill again, in such a hurry that she forgot to include an ice cream ; we go to get the drinks and another girl tells us the bill, we point out that we have already paid, she looked at us badly and didn't even ask for an apology! I'm glad that the girls are good at math but at least give them time to sort everything out.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at L'Era Glaciale Gelateria! It also has lactose-free and vegan options. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. But what really won me over are their artisanal ice creams, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Delicious ice cream, perhaps the best in the center of Ferrara. Finally an ice cream shop that if you ask for two scoops, they give you two and not one and a half. Highly recommended

Average good ice cream, average prices, on one of the main streets of Ferrara. Maybe a little too sweet so then you get thirsty. Quick to serve.
