05/09/2025: We ordered two bottles of wine, a Castello platter, and a Palazzo dei Diamanti platter. The cured meats and cheeses were excellent, special! The owners were very kind and helpful. We'll be back.

18/08/2025: I ordered takeout pizzas the other night, and what can I say? Frozen pizzas are better. They're incredibly expensive and also ugly. We even had a Nutella pizza, which was unsightly and made you forget about it. It's a shame because the place is very nice, including the beach, but as for the pizzas, I'd change the pizza chef. People have always spoken badly of them, but we wanted to try them. They were right.

15/08/2025: Wonderful evening and truly excellent food! A very charming and welcoming location. I recommend the pumpkin cappellacci with truffle and shrimp, truly delicious.

17/08/2025: The pastries may be good...but the place is cramped and the service is rushed, almost annoying. All that time spent waiting for a table and then queuing to pay doesn't encourage you to come back.

18/03/2025: We've been coming here every now and then for exactly three years, with family, friends, etc. We found this place by pure chance, but fortunately, because we recommend it! Courtesy, kindness, and excellent pizza... the guest of honor is always their magnificent cat, "Pippo."

In an area like Portuense, where pizza is a true tradition, this pizzeria stands out for the quality and freshness of the ingredients, which are simply excellent. The pizza base is light and well balanced, without being too salty or heavy. What makes it truly special are the fresh, quality ingredients, which go perfectly with the pasta, without ever overpowering the flavours. Every bite is an explosion of flavour, where each ingredient makes itself felt without being covered by salt or excessive seasonings. A pizza that truly tastes like pizza, with authentic and well-balanced flavours. I firmly believe that this pizzeria should become an institution. The quality of the pizza is excellent and deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone. If you are looking for a pizza that is synonymous with authenticity, freshness and good taste, I can only highly recommend it. A gastronomic experience that is truly worth trying!

14/07/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Pasticceria Cioccolateria Chocolat in Ferrara, and the experience was truly delicious. I tried a Pain Suisse and a Cinnamon Roll, and I must say, both were exceptional. The Pain Suisse was perfectly flaky, buttery, and filled with a rich, velvety custard that melted in your mouth. A true treat for the palate. The Cinnamon Roll was equally as delicious: soft, fragrant with cinnamon, and with a sweet but not cloying glaze. Every bite was a pleasure. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. If you're looking for a place to enjoy excellent baked goods and start your day off right in Ferrara, Pasticceria Cioccolateria Chocolat is undoubtedly a must-see. I'll definitely be back to try other specialties!

12/07/2025: Good afternoon to all of you friends regarding this pizzeria San Giorgio among the pizzas I have tasted this is a pizza 🍕 that was crispy and soft in the center then there are the chickpeas which I would say are acceptable so also the drink you can choose between beer or coca cola and more... as you like... here we are on takeaway!?

10/08/2025: We discovered this typical family-run restaurant with an adjoining fish shop by chance... Mrs. Donatella always welcomes you with kindness and professionalism and makes you feel right at home. The fish is always fresh and beautifully served. This Ferrarese cuisine ranges from eel to mixed grill, Goro squid, soft-shell crabs, and clams. The place is very clean and tidy, and the prices are very fair. Highly recommended!! When we're in the area, it's a regular stop for us!! Well done and congratulations! 👍👍

12/07/2025: We decided to eat at Pit Spot and were truly impressed! An authentic place with a local flavor and a unique atmosphere. I loved the atmosphere: it almost felt like being in a small village suspended above a river. A must-try experience, especially for those who love places with character and soul.

15/07/2025: It's become our go-to pizzeria! It's the best pizza I've ever eaten, super digestible and tasty. I usually never eat the crust, but now I don't even leave crumbs. The owner is incredibly kind, always welcoming you with a smile. Super!

19/06/2025: Historic restaurant, located in one of the most beautiful streets of Ferrara. Typical local dishes but with a touch of personalization. Good service and correct bill. The lack of the last star? It is soon said the buffet appetizer is varied and tasty, but some dishes were a bit too cold. With more attention the last star would still be achieved surely and easily.
