I had dinner at Gambero Rosso for the first time, the place is a little dated, the location immediately took a back seat, the deliciousness of the pizza and the friendliness of the staff are excellent, I will definitely return to this restaurant / pizzeria

A good restaurant in the center of Codigoro. Street parking, spacious dining rooms, and well-spaced tables. For lunch, there's a €16 fixed-price menu with a variety of meat and seafood options, followed by an à la carte menu. Both the first and second courses are good. A little quicker service would be great for those returning to work. Regardless, it's a good restaurant.

⭐ Review: A very welcoming place, with a great atmosphere and impeccable service. The €3 cover charge seems a bit high and should be reviewed, but everything else more than makes up for it. The lady who served us was extremely professional and kind, and even our little dog, who was not very well-behaved, received an extra bowl of water—a much appreciated gesture! The wine was delicious and paired perfectly with the impeccably cooked and well-seasoned dish. We'll definitely be back more often! 🍷🍽️🐾

19/03/2026: It's a lovely restaurant! A little (but not too much) out of the city center, near the train station, with easy parking. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, with trattoria-like prices, restaurant-quality food (prepared with love and care), and tasty options for those who don't eat meat or are just curious to try something different. When in doubt, ask Gaia, the owner; she'll be able to recommend the best options. Her pumpkin-filled cappellacci, a typical Ferrarese dish, are exquisite, and the ragù seems homemade. Her whole-wheat ravioli filled with chickpea cream are also delicious! The pizza (only available in the evening) is excellent, I admit, my favorite in the city (thin but not dry, human-sized, very digestible). Last tip: save room for dessert; at least "Aunt Ebe" is worth a try!
07/02/2026: Friendly staff, delicious thin-crust, crispy pizza. The "Vegan" pizza and vegan chocolate salami were very good. Thank you, we'll be back!
