11/02/2026: A 50-minute wait for the first course, another 40 minutes for the second course... The food was excellent, except for a small piece of aluminum foil in the middle of the meat. An hour and a half in total, with only two people at the table for two courses.

08/02/2026: Very good food, clean bathrooms, large parking lot, service a bit slow, but the rest is okay. I recommend it to anyone who's not in a hurry.

29/12/2025: I must compliment you on the consistently top-quality ingredients, from cured meats and cheeses to the first courses, almost all of which are made with fresh pasta, but especially the meat. You'll find a selection of cuts and varieties of Florentine steak that you won't find in even the most prestigious restaurants. Porcini mushrooms, black and white truffles, and homemade desserts make all the difference. The wine cellar is well-stocked and suitable for all budgets. Let's not forget the professional, friendly, and never intrusive service. Excellent value for money given the ingredients used (if you ask for white truffle, don't expect to pay the same as scorzone). Recommended to everyone, especially considering the friendliness of chef Litiano and Eleonora, who are always available to accommodate all requests. See you soon.

12/09/2025: Having traveled throughout Italy for work, I've had the opportunity to visit many grocery stores and butchers, including the very famous CECCHINI in Panzano. I can confidently say that MACELLERIA RIZZIERI IS ONE OF THE BEST BUTCHER SHOPS IN ITALY. The wide selection of meats and their quality, the result of rigorous control of the supply chain, exercised by Rizzieri from the birth of the animals, to the rigorous feeding, to the environment in which the animals must live to ensure their health, etc., are among the qualities that make up their superb meats. The cured meats are also excellent, especially the RIZZIERI ham, and the various roast rolls and carefully selected cheeses are excellent. In the shop you can also find many other delicacies, from jams to pasta to chocolates, etc. It is a place of excellence that absolutely must be frequented!!!

14/12/2025: What can I say? It's our go-to summer spot. Lunches and dinners with our feet in the sand. Reservations recommended! Good food and impeccable service. A beach bar with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. You have to stop by!!

14/03/2026: I went for dinner with my family. We were warmly welcomed into a clean, fresh environment. The very friendly staff immediately put you at ease. We ate both meat and fish, and everything was excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The price was absolutely fair, making us think about returning on our next trip to Ferrara.

05/03/2026: A lot has changed since last year, we've been back several times this time of year...very slow cooking, dry gratin that seems to be from the day before, mostly boiled shellfish, whoever gave 5 stars and says high quality I don't know where they ate, the only thing is the girl in the dining room was very polite and present.

25/01/2026: The dishes are decidedly generous, but equally difficult to digest. The service is so fast that you barely have time to finish the last bite and put down your fork before the plate... magically disappears. The tenerina cake deserves a special mention: completely different from all the others you'll find in Ferrara. More than tenerina, it's a real brick. The environment leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness: just take a look at the extractor filters in the entrance hall to understand the standard. Not to mention the dust comfortably settled on much of the furniture. Quick service, yes, but unprofessional. We drank a glass of wine of unknown origin: when asked what wine it was, no answer. In short: for those who are satisfied. For those looking for quality, attention, and a minimum of care... better look elsewhere.

06/02/2026: I've been in Ferrara for a few months for study reasons, and I happened to try the pizza here because I often passed by it since it's close to home. It immediately struck me as a well-maintained and clean takeout pizzeria, so I decided to give it a try. It's been a regular stop ever since! The pizza is delicious and light, with fresh, delicious ingredients. I've tried several different ones, and I've been very satisfied with all of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and even when they have a lot of orders, they do their best to serve their customers. It's a takeout pizzeria that also offers tables where customers can enjoy the pizza while it's still steaming hot, straight from the oven! A great feature to highlight is the great discount they offer for students, which includes a free drink from the selection. Highly recommended!

Amazing, beautiful place, wonderful people, delicious food. Perfect for meeting people, listening to jazz, and drinking a good Guinness. The owner is very kind and full of stories from the place's past. A peaceful haven in Ferrara.
