18/06/2024: I live far away but every time I pass I stop. It remains one of the very few places where those behind the counter SMILE, there are usually 3 of them, the service is fast, everything is good. Here we feel that the customer comes first. Congratulations to the employees and owners!

05/12/2024: My cousin wanted to take me to Ciro in Ferrara. Really nothing to envy of the pizzas of Naples. Tasted the broccoli and the calzone with spicy salami... Excellent. I recommend stopping by Ciro to all Neapolitan pizza lovers!

17/11/2024: Location carina ma stretta e rumorosa. Nel posto giusto pure freschetta. Cmq un contesto intimo e gioviale al tempo stesso. Ottimi fritti, specie i funghi. Grigliata abbondante e menù interessante... solo una polenta con lardo povo convincente.. tuttosommato non malaccio

30/10/2024: Domenica con la famiglia . Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante grazie a degli amici . Tutto molto buono , dagli antipasti, ai primi , secondi e dolce . Mi sento di valutare positivamente lo gnocco fritto , enorme e per niente olioso , il risotto con i funghi si scioglieva in bocca e la zuppa inglese super ! Complimenti!

20/08/2024: Very dated restaurant, friendly staff. We have a Lebanese tasting soon and I have to say that the flavors were very hidden, little more than sufficient quality. The price of the tasting for quality and flavor is decidedly high (20 Eur). I'm unlikely to return to this restaurant.

31/05/2024: Now a fixed stop every time we go to the seaside in Estensi from Milan. Few excellent and genuine dishes, they make the pasta themselves and you can order it to take away. Everything was delicious but especially the mutton chops. The guys are super nice and the environment is really very pleasant.

14/12/2024: Il nome originale stuzzicava la fantasia e allora...andiamo a vedere! Bisogna dire che il posto è in mezzo al nulla, anche se è relativamente facile da trovare, poiché la strada è una sola. Purtroppo l'ultimo tratto è sterrato. Qualche sobbalzo e ci siamo. Parcheggio ampio e accogliente. La costruzione è perfettamente delineata e curata. Viene da pensare che ci sia voluta una volontà di ferro e una grande determinazione per ottenere un simile risultato in un simile posto. Il locale è ampio e ben curato, suddiviso in varie sale più o meno grandi secondo le esigenze. Di fianco a noi una comitiva di una ventina di persone perfettamente a loro agio. I servizi sono adeguati e ben curati. Il personale gentile, simpatico ed efficiente. Tempi di attesa inconsistenti. Esigenze momentanee (acqua, pane..) soddisfatte subito. Il menu è ricco di piatti di carne e pesce. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. I piatti sono leggermente pretenziosi ma senza arroganza. Si tratta di elementi classici ma leggermente elaborati. Siamo un po' sopra le media per la qualità, ma ampiamente sopra per la quantità. Per esempio l'estetica dell'Antipasto di pesce dell'Abate non è particolarmente curata ma ve lo mangerete tutto di gusto (se riuscite a finirlo). Alla fine uscirete sicuramente sazi e soddisfatti. Non portateci la modella di Vogue al primo appuntamento abituata a piccole stranezze variopinte, ma veniteci con gli amici per una bella serata allegra in compagnia di buon cibo.

30/11/2024: Today we went with friends specifically to eat the paella that we had ordered when booking the table. Total disappointment...tasteless paella, too spicy and fish that wasn't fresh...the mussels didn't even have a pleasant smell...it's a real shame.

24/08/2024: Siamo arrivati per un aperitivo e ci siamo seduti nel Dehor. Dopo 10 minuti in cui non arrivava nessuno mio marito si è alzato per andare ad ordinare al bancone. La cameriera ha risposto secca e scocciata che sarebbero venuti loro (non erano presenti molti clienti in quel momento). Abbiamo atteso altri 10 min senza vedere nessuno (3 persone dietro al bancone) e siamo andati a fare aperitivo nel bar accanto.

13/08/2024: This typical place located in the middle of nowhere but a stone's throw from the nearby towns is a place where you can finally slow down the exhausting habit of always running, now bottled up in the frenzy of modern life. Here in the midst of nature, typical Ferrara cuisine makes room to awaken the taste buds and senses. The tastes of the past without many frills and tricks. Cappellacci, tortellini, pincini and cold cuts all strictly homemade, and finally for true connoisseurs the boiled bones, a true delicacy that takes you back to a past that still does not want to be forgotten. The place is not very large to allow the diners the privacy to let go of the pleasantries and spend a nice time in the company of friends and good food. Definitely a place to go and review a bit of history...

27/03/2024: I haven't seen it during the day, however the catering is excellent, fast and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suitable for lunch or dinner for even large groups upon reservation. You can't miss a visit to the cellar with cured meats and fantastic salamis..... Mine was a group dinner with a set menu. Their red or white wine is also good. Well done and congratulations to the management, a little less compliments to the diners who all shout to be heard thus creating a lot of noise. Super recommended even if a little lost in the countryside of Coronella Ferrara.
