20/10/2025: This is my first time dining at this restaurant... the food is divine 🤩 My husband and I had the appetizer tasting, followed by poached eggs with black truffle, guinea fowl, steamed cod, and two desserts. Everything was delicious. The girls who work there are all kind and available to give you advice on what to eat. What can I say about the Chef... fantastic, phenomenal, and friendly. You can taste all the love she puts into her work in the food. 💖Thank you 🥰🥰🥰💐 highly recommended

19/10/2025: A wonderful experience, dishes rich in flavor and top-quality ingredients. We tried the "sharing" appetizer for two, a truffle-filled first course, and the guinea fowl main course. The appetizer was very satisfying, featuring top-quality ingredients prepared with flair and skill. The guinea fowl was very tasty, cooked to perfection. Well-balanced flavors. Recommended.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with a warm, authentic feel that immediately makes you feel at home. The cuisine is simply fantastic: traditional Umbrian dishes, top-quality ingredients. From fresh pasta to meat dishes, to desserts… everything is delicious and served with great attention to detail. The owner is very kind, passionate, and always available to recommend the perfect dish or wine. An experience you absolutely must try if you're in Perugia: excellent cuisine, a beautiful atmosphere, and impeccable hospitality.

02/11/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and service. We were a group of 45 people on a pilgrimage.

30/10/2025: This is the second time I've stopped, but also the last time. The first time I had a first course with mushrooms, but I thought they were frozen and had a lot of salt. Today, a first course with truffles was all the rage on the plate, but it was meager, and then I asked if the truffle was grated, but it wasn't. Then he takes the orders and after two minutes brings me the first course, which was lukewarm. So don't be partial to customers, who, if they see a clerk in a jacket, throw a fit. I'll answer you below: no one sends me, and I won't send anyone to you, and I'm the one who won't stop anymore and would rather eat a sandwich at the vending machine further up. At least there's someone nicer and more cheerful. How can you not tell? And how come you understood that this isn't a nice review. Good luck.

03/11/2025: In response to the owner's counterarguments posted on The Fork, I'd like to clarify that we didn't reach an agreement with anyone; the quality of the food was simply terrible. The potato cake was bad, inedible, and nonsensical; the fries were old and stale, probably fried in stale oil; the ravioli were a mixture of radicchio-flavored cream with completely unrelated flavors. The icing on the cake was the complete mess, a sign of your unpreparedness and lack of professionalism. Instead of responding with innuendo and other such remarks, you'd do well to engage in some self-criticism and remedy the organization worthy of a village festival, with inedible dishes presented in an embarrassingly 1980s-style manner. Chaos is bearable, but the scarcity of the dishes offered is not. The bill was disproportionate. Feel free to reply here too... so I can tell you more. From the water tanks between the tables, to the stench of smoke inside the restaurant, to the fact that you employ kids who are completely unprepared for dining room service.... If you want, you can continue... Reorganize yourself instead of accusing your customers and do a little self-criticism. Presumption won't get you very far. Excellent, I see you understood correctly!!! Regarding the comments made about me, be careful of a serious lawsuit...you described yourself perfectly!!!!! Regarding the dishes you prepared, they came back unfinished and were nothing but delicious, and honestly, I felt ashamed for you to suggest certain dishes. Keep it up and persist in responding in this tone.... You will surely reap the rewards. Best regards

10/11/2025: Had a great meal last night! We booked online for a 8pm reservation and the room we were in filled up by about 9pm. Daniel our waiter spoke good English and we went with his recommendations. Both were excellent and paired with a good local wine. Desserts were great!

10/10/2025: We came to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel, without a reservation. The owner welcomed us warmly and explained the food in detail while taking our orders. Excellent food in a quaint setting, a truly beautiful wine cellar. A must-try if you're in Spoleto. Well done, Francesca, keep up the good work, with your lively charm and kindness. We'll definitely come back to visit you if we ever return to Spoleto.

16/11/2025: We preferred it because it's a little further away from the city center. We ate very well. The pappardelle with white wild boar ragù was delicious! Also recommended for the kindness of the owners. Excellent value for money.

21/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant a little outside of town and found it: Le Delizie del Borgo, located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good vino bianco from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dolce with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce and two coffees! The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The value for money was very good!

28/06/2025: Kind and friendly owner. Pet friendly restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Pleasant evening, but don't think of eating typical Umbrian things, it has a contaminated menu, but tasty!
