01/02/2025: Very nice certified vegan tavern that makes excellent pizza. Vegetarian dishes but not only. Prices for more expensive gourmet pizzas are 14 euros versus 8/10 for the classic ones. Local beers also with hemp. Nice environment. Great food

14/03/2025: Great place! Purple onion tart was amazing!! Truffle tagliatelle was good. Artichoke ravioli were delicious! Chocolate lava cake was fantastic. The tiramisu was also good. Fried zucchini blossoms were just ok.

09/03/2025: My partner and I had dinner in this place and we had a great time: the platter was excellent (especially the ham!) and the rest was also very good (in particular the Sagrantino gnocchi), pleasant atmosphere, adequate prices and very fast service (staff made up of only women for March 8th, what more could you ask for). It's a shame we weren't able to taste the wonderful freshly baked mimosa cake, but we were very full! Advised

Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione personale molto gentile Il cibo per quello che abbiamo mangiato non mi ha particolarmente soddisfatto Il suggerimento soprattutto per le bruschette" il pane va bruscato" e non semplicemente affettato e messe le salse La carne era troppo cotta e quindi anche un po dura La lista dei dolci direi insufficiente.. Buona la verdura cotta ma è troppo poco .Rapporto q./p. insufficente

16/03/2025: Friendly welcome, very good service, great food… except for unnecessary additions, for example the ‘powder’ surrounding the pasta. It’s not bad, but definitely doesn’t add to the dish. Your food is fantastic, have faith in it, no need for ‘ornaments’.

Antipasto spaziale, trippa, fagioli con le cotiche e coratella, troppo buono poi un pollo alla birra fatto con una crema alle arance, con patate e erbe tipo cicoria troppo buono e io non amo le arance, quindi dice tutto. I ragazzi simpatici e disponibili, veramente un posto da consigliare sembra di mangiare a casa di un amico dove cucina la nonna, sapori semplici e ricercati allo stesso tempo, buonissimo.

18/03/2025: Osteria Top. Amazing appetizer, tripe, beans with pork rinds and giblets, too good, then a chicken in beer made with an orange cream, with potatoes and herbs like chicory, too good and I don't like oranges, so that says it all. The guys are nice and helpful, really a place to recommend, it feels like eating at a friend's house where grandma cooks, simple and refined flavors at the same time, very good.

13/01/2025: Fui aquí dos veces mientras estaba en Perugia por 5 noches, habría ido 3 veces aquí, pero estaban cerrados El personal fue muy amable y muy paciente en explicar, y recomendar, lo que estaba en el menú La comida era fantástica, inicialmente pensé que las porciones eran un poco pequeñas, pero resulta que definitivamente estaba lleno. El ambiente era muy agradable y relajado. Los precios eran muy buenos

11/03/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant which is also a beautiful historic location. We started by taking 2 starters: goose breast with mixed salad, very good, and a spinach flan, nothing short of sublime. Then we continued with umbricelli carbonara and truffle and tortellini filled with ricotta and beetroot, asparagus, porcini mushrooms, truffle and hazelnuts, both fantastic. To complete the lunch we had a fillet of veal with Sagrantino passito and caramelized onions and pears: delicious. Eating in this place was a culinary experience, with absolutely non-trivial dishes. Highly recommended
