Very affordable: €35 with appetizer, two first courses (homemade pasta), three meats (wild boar, lamb, sliced ​​beef), side dishes, and desserts. Excellent Montefalco wine, very kind and friendly staff. The hosts of the Il Moro Guest House on Via del Ponte in Sellano (where we had a wonderful stay) recommended this place to us. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic, locally sourced dishes. Highly recommended! I'll be back whenever I can. :)

03/11/2025: Very spacious restaurant. Spectacular truffle specialties, especially the frittata. Tasting menu for the truly hungry. I think the cooking time for the fresh pasta is a bit of a problem, but that's subjective. Friendly and fast service despite the large seating capacity. Recommended.

The crostini with lard and honey as an appetizer was excellent, but €8 is a bit too much for the portion. The gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffle cream were delicious and delicate. The white chocolate mousse was exquisite, but the Roccata wasn't quite to our taste... Overall, we recommend it ☺️

18/10/2025: Everything was fantastic, but I don't wear a nose ring... the food was ok, the service was ok, the atmosphere was ok, but the bill needed to be reviewed... maybe because the Romans chose a fixed menu instead of the à la carte menu??? The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive at all times, without ever being intrusive. The service was prompt and attentive, each dish served with precision and impeccably presented. The food was excellent: high-quality ingredients, balanced pairings, and authentic flavors that perfectly reflect local cuisine. 26/10/2025: Excellent dinner. Our expectations were fully met. While you wait, they bring you a revisited panzanella and some truly delicious thinly sliced ​​and fried bread. We ordered the tagliata (beef steak) with a side of baked potatoes and chard. We loved everything. You can season the tagliata however you like, and the (very kind) waitress brought us some delicious olive oil. We finished with some truly special desserts. It was difficult to choose from the dessert menu, but I highly recommend the apple tart. We would have liked to take photos, but we forgot. We enjoyed dinner in a very elegant setting, with good background music (not intrusive, but very pleasant) and truly excellent food.

14/10/2025: On Friday, October 10, 2025, we have a birthday celebration, and remembering a previous experience, I decided to recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is simple and elegant, with stone walls and beautiful paintings, some of which depict the city of Assisi itself. We were warmly welcomed upon entry and reluctantly decided not to dine on the wonderful terrace overlooking the square (unfortunately, it was a windy evening). Once seated, we were presented with a simple menu of traditional dishes, including the fillet steak with Sagrantino reduction and truffle, a truly commendable dish. The extensive wine list emphasizes local producers but also includes Italian and international wines, especially French sparkling wines. The impeccable and particularly fast service pleasantly surprised us. The price was excellent, in line with the location, menu, and service. The owner was friendly and told us a little anecdote about his "Amatriciana." Go try it!
